I want to write to all of our great Musicians in Memphis, our engineers, producers, and everyone else that makes up the fabric of our music community in Memphis, and is part of our musical family at YAS. In the midst of one of the most challenging years we have ever seen, I have seen grace, generosity and kindness from all of you to us and to each other. I am reminded of human goodness when I see you or hear your music online or at a restaurant or out doing anything in Memphis. You have kept us moving at YAS, and more importantly, you have kept us hoping. If you are reading this, please go out and support Memphis music and Memphis musicians buy buying records at local record shops, supporting musicians crowd sourcing campaigns, support music venues like the Shell, the HI Tone, and even support a favorite music non-profit such as Music Export Memphis. I am filled with gratitude and gratitude is not passive, it is active. We have the power in us to pull out of hard times and we can depend on each other to do it. Thanks for hanging with us friends.
