Thank you to all the teachers, parents, and kids who made this year's Beautify Your School Contest a huge success! Special thanks to our partners, Landers Auto and WREG, for another great year. We received over 40 entries that engaged over 3,000 students, staff, parents, and volunteers in school beautification initiatives. Check out some of these amazing entries in the short video above. Congratulations to all the winners who were featured on WREG’s Live at 9. Keep Tennessee Beautiful Month
Gov. Bill Lee has once again designated March as Keep Tennessee Beautiful Month! Activities, including the state's participation in Keep America Beautiful's Great American Cleanup, officially kicked off on March 1, 2024, at the KTnB rally and awards luncheon.
Keep Tennessee Beautiful Month is both a celebration and a call to action. It's an opportunity to honor the individuals and groups dedicated to preserving our state's natural splendor and get involved in these efforts.
Tennessee also participates in KAB's Great American Cleanup: the annual, nationwide effort rallying communities to help get our nation cleaner, greener, and more beautiful in time for her 250th anniversary!

Glenview Planting
Join us in caring for the Glenview Park Arboretum this Saturday! Glenview Park has a beautiful paved trail framed by more than 30 native tree species. Volunteers are needed to mulch existing trees and help plant 4-6 small trees. Tools and gloves will be provided. Please wear weather appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes.

We want to thank all the volunteers and organizations that helped us make this year's MLK Days of Service a success! We could not have done it without you - thank you for helping us keep Memphis beautiful.
Janet Patton and Kennedy Blair, two of the volunteers at our Winridge Park tree planting on Feb. 26, told us why us they were donating their time and why it's so important to have trees in their neighborhood park. Check out what they said!
If you're feeling inspired, join us for an Arbor Day tree planting this Friday afternoon, March 4, at McFarland Park! Sign up at https://bit.ly/MCB030422.
This morning we had the pleasure of helping Audacy Memphis with a #1Day1Thing cleanup! Check out what 104.5 The River’s Dennis Fuller had to say about the importance of all of us doing our part to clean up litter. Thanks to everyone from The River, FM100 Memphis, 94.1 The Wolf, and 92.9FM ESPN!
Single use masks, gloves and wipes should not be disposed of on the ground. All PPE litter should be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle for a cleaner, greener and safer Tennessee!! ❌🚯
