Roy Haithcock | Publisher
As Publisher of RSVP Memphis and owner of Haithcock Communications, Inc., Roy Haithcock has more than 25 years of experience in magazine publishing and media marketing. A native of Middle Tennessee and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Haithcock created RSVP in 1995 and has been the driving force behind the magazine's rapid growth since its inception. She
has worked as a multimedia journalist, serving as a writer and an editor for both print and digital publications, as well as social media. Additionally, she has helped launch several initiatives, all intended to put a "spotlight on good people doing good things to help make Memphis a better place for all of us." Emily became part of the RSVP team as a freelance writer and is excited to be able to continue championing the good works of nonprofit organizations in our area. Krista Geyer | Art Director
Krista oversees all visual aspects of the magazine — advertising and editorial. She has spent most her entire life in the Mid-South area outside of earning her Bachelor’s Degree from Auburn University. When not working you can probably find Krista at Shelby Farms with her husband and her dogs or riding her horses. Steve Roberts | Photographer
Steve has been shooting a wide range of subjects on the local scene since the early '80s. A graduate of the University of Memphis, Roberts' photos of local, national and international musicians have been shown at galleries and institutions throughout the city. He is also active in advertising and portrait photography. Ruthie Cassin | Accounting, Copy Editor
Having received a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes College, Ruthie attended graduate school at the University of Memphis and is a former teacher and paralegal. She joined the RSVP team in 2008 and is in charge of accounting and serves as the magazine's copy editor. Ruthie enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Holly and Ellen, and of course, her cats Melba and Merl. In her spare time, Ruthie enjoys being outside and pursuing one of her greatest passions, gardening. Don Perry | Photographer

Having been in advertising for 30 years, Kim has experience working with print, television and radio. The bright spots in her life include her sons, Alexander and Richard, and her rescue fur baby, Sydney. Dennis Phillippi | Comedic Columnist
Writer, actor and comedian Dennis Phillippi was raised by a traveling circus family. He has been in show business his entire life, and despite a spotty, ineffective education, he has also managed to be paid to write hundreds of times. Most of the people who know him find this hilarious. Dennis has been married to his wife, Memphis native Janet, for more than 25 years. Her family is unaware of this. His monthly contribution to the magazine is called RSVPhillippi. Bill Bannister | Contributing Writer
As a well known local radio personality for 30 years, Bill is proud to call Memphis home. The original host of the Peabody Hotel’s rooftop parties, as well as dozens of corporate and charity functions across town, he is right at home in the local society scene, and loves covering Memphis events for RSVP. Bill enjoys Memphis music, urban anthropology, Indian cuisine, and traveling with his family. Suzanne Thompson C***a | Contributing Writer
A native Memphian, Suzanne studied journalism at the University of Memphis. With over 18 years of experience as a freelance writer, she has been writing for RSVP since 2006. When not working, Suzanne enjoys cooking with her husband and traveling. She is the adoring mother of two canines, Peppy and her newest baby, Elly, a rescue pup from the Memphis and Shelby County Humane Society. Patrick Lantrip | Photographer, Contributing Writer
