Before I attend the ceremony, I went to put a key in the box at one of my new listings off Walnut grove. My heart was saddened as I drove throughout the area. I saw another multifamily complex being constructed. Why?

NAREB is an organization that’s stand for homeownership. There estimated 62.9% African Americans in the city of Memphis. Only an estimated 35.82 percent own homes. Its time for a Mindset change. It’s time to stop building so many multifamily complexes and start bring ways to fund and create neighborhoods for families to obtain a home. Homeownership is a big way to start building generational wealth. I am excited to be a part of this organization to do what I can to help educate and fight for homeownership for our community.

I am grateful for this award and ready to continue the fight
