1) Outward trigger that affects me
2) My dark emotional response
3) My perception of the trigger
4) A past trauma or hurtful memory that affects how I interpret
5) Advice for better and more purposeful responses in the future

The example reading might go something like this:
The outward trigger that affects me is someone trying to use my fears against me to get their own way. My dark emotional response is to lash out with cruelty. My perception of this trigger is jealousy. A past experience where someone seemingly summoned drama on purpose has affected how I interpret situations like this. The best thing I can do for better and more purposeful responses is to separate myself from the situation so that I can truly process what is happening.
