Just letting know why this page changed the name from to Melbourne Rockledge Business Spotlight…since this original page was not formed or sponsored by
The Viera co, they do not want anyone using any of their trademarked names in any website or business names, We didn’t realize that the name of
Town or a public park would be restricted for use by the protected company. They notified our page to delete the page immediately or further action would be taken…This comes as a surprise as we have seen many business names and Facebook groups created using “Viera”
This is very disappointing as this page was only set up to create awareness to Borrows and its businesses to help consumers follow some of the progress and promote small businesses…So, we did not want to just scrap a page that had already created a following so the name change was what we agreed to, for now… we hope you continue to follow along and this maybe creates more opportunities to highlight some other business and things to do outside of Borrows….

Welcome to Borrows West, located just West of I-95 at Viera Blvd
This aprox 115 acre site is developed as a social and professional gathering place which will be a host to many fine dining and 2 Hilton Hotel properties already underway.
Borrows West will bring economic growth opportunities such as medical and professional office buildings, waterfront dining venues, entertainment venues, hotel, and multi-family options.
Already breaking ground is Fords Garage, Venezia Wine Veranda, Olive Tree Greek Grill, Tiki Docks, Island Animal Hospital and a CVS Pharmacy which will join the newly built Wawa, Chic Filet, Ace Hardware and Sundance Family Dentistry. To top it all off, is a beautiful large lake with a winding walk that wraps the entire lake, adjacent along the East side of Borrows West.
