Most of you might already know, it used to be known as Land Mind Productions Inc. which was my Creative Company for many years here in Southern Oregon. I actually shut down Land Mind in 2008 as it was a casualty of the economy and my poor planning for the future. I still do own the Commercial Property which I originally transformed from and old Pear Packing Plant into a Film Production and Media S

tudio and was really for my private use. In 2008 I turned it into a "Creative Co-Op" Space and opened it for public use and now offer it for a multitude of uses ranging from film and media to private birthday parties, parties and events in general. I also offer month to month office and space rental for start up and small business and artists, photographer's, designers, etc. It is a super cool place to hang out with a great vibe and atmosphere. It has become a favorite spot for parents with little kids as we have partnered with "Big Air Jumphouses" and offer a great Birthday party package and the adults have had some great adult and company parties as well.
