Do YOU own or manage a business with employees?

Several of my customers have experienced issues with sooooo many changes in payroll companies that serve Southern Oregon and beyond.

I get nothing for doing this, beyond sharing in the hopes of curing some pain and loose ends for local business owners. You all know my philosophy, if you have been watching:

"HOLD UP LOCAL BUSINESSES, AND OUR COMMUNITY WILL FLOURISH!"

I've come across a local company that does just that, and a meticulous job with payroll & human capital management. I've seen their performance though multiple companies I serve in my own business with Marketing Consulting and Websites.

The business I speak of can do four things I have not seen seen work as smoothly with other payroll companies in my prior corporate career:

1. Their software is superior, and more intuitive than all I have used in the past.
2. Their approach tends to save 30-50% of the time businesses currently spend on payroll. What can you do with the time saved?
3. They have experience: DECADES of it on staff. That means soooo much in today's world of constantly changing employment laws and strategies.
4. Their onboarding process is simple and pain free. Change is scary, but less so if you know you will be supported by a solid team, and will have measurable results.

Chevron deference is DEAD. The Supreme Court struck it down. This is probably one of the biggest decisions protecting 2a and freedom in general in decades. If 50 US intelligence officials are willing to sign a false letter to cover up corruption in our government, do we still need to call them "INTELLIGENCE" agencies? Asking for a friend. 😉 I'm thankful for our local agents, and the hard work they do, but corruption seems to be so thick at the top of the alphabet soup, credibility has been lost. Trust has been lost. Sad and shameful. 🥺

ANTI-BALLON PROGRAM

The Pentagon has asked for $42 billion for new technology to combat Chinese spy balloons.

Congress unanimously approved the request, and Joe Biden signed the bill, giving the statement "balloons? I love balloons! Do we get ice cream too? Who's on my lawn? Agarompada garbalam dagahu... Oh you know, the thing!"

This week, an internal picture of the prototype was leaked by a Staples staff member at the copy counter. Staples will now be in competition with Halliburton and Pfizer for reassignment of other people's wealth from future generations. Each package of 50 air to balloon missiles will cost taxpayers $5 billion dollars, and cost staples 50¢ per pack.

The program is expected to reduce exposure to real issues like government spending, political manipulation, and reduction of constitutional freedoms.

New York representative Alexandria Acacia Cortez shrilly screached "I am very proud to have helped choose the colors of the thumbtacks for this deal.

"Best of all it won't produce any jobs or any real value." Kamala Harris, followed by a dastardly awkward chuckle.

Paul Pelosi immediately bought several million dollars in Staples stock options, while Nancy Pelosi was quoted as saying ""Nothing to see here, I like ice cream."

United States Attorney General Merrick Garland immediately released a memo to the Justice Department and FBI, stating that "We need to watch out for kids birthday parties where balloons are present. If you see balloons, the parents should be categorized as domestic terrorists, and need to be on a no-fly list immediately. Streamers and cake are still okay as long as there are no balloons painted on them... FOR NOW."
