Do YOU own or manage a business with employees?

Several of my customers have experienced issues with sooooo many changes in payroll companies that serve Southern Oregon and beyond.
I get nothing for doing this, beyond sharing in the hopes of curing some pain and loose ends for local business owners. You all know my philosophy, if you have been watching:
"HOLD UP LOCAL BUSINESSES, AND OUR COMMUNITY WILL FLOURISH!"
I've come across a local company that does just that, and a meticulous job with payroll & human capital management. I've seen their performance though multiple companies I serve in my own business with Marketing Consulting and Websites.
The business I speak of can do four things I have not seen seen work as smoothly with other payroll companies in my prior corporate career:
1. Their software is superior, and more intuitive than all I have used in the past.
2. Their approach tends to save 30-50% of the time businesses currently spend on payroll. What can you do with the time saved?
3. They have experience: DECADES of it on staff. That means soooo much in today's world of constantly changing employment laws and strategies.
4. Their onboarding process is simple and pain free. Change is scary, but less so if you know you will be supported by a solid team, and will have measurable results.
