You may know me as a PT/Online Coach but do you know me as...

The huge DragonballZ nerd (probably biggest in your feed), enormous racing sim enthusiast (I have a $2K racing rig setup for Gran Turismo 7 in our basement and I use it ooooffftennnn), a football fan for the New York Giants, Poker player, Motorcycle lover and an overall silly dude that makes lame jokes at often inopportune times? (yeah, I'm that guy) lol.

See? Its unwise to make assumptions just bc of my bicep size! :) I am of course a fitness fan, health advocate but with that mental health is super important.

Refilling my cup doesn't mean more of the work I love but rest and relaxation in other ways.

Those ways are:

🍔 Hanging with friends. I'm described as an Intro-Extrovert so there are times where I'd rather be alone but more often than not I prefer hanging with friends and goofing around. Good company is good for the soul

🧑🏻‍🎨 Getting artistic with drawing. I always tell people "I picked up the weights in 2009 but I picked up the pen in 1997" Ask me to draw you a photo sometime. I'll even draw you! I still got the skillz

🎸 Reading. I prefer self development and some may see that as a chore but I've been on the path of self improvement since 2012 and I make a habit of reading 10 pages of a good book a day. If the day got away from me, I'll throw an audiobook on for 10 minutes in the evening to make sure I got it in
