A few pix from rehearsal (yep, 30 minutes well-spent makes everyone's life just a bit happier) with Conrad Siegel's finest! The investment team of David Lytle, Tracy Burke & Catherine Azeles, on-camera with Alyssa Goodling & Zack Klien behind the scenes running graphics, scripts, and Q&A from the online audience. This program was a look back at 2024 and a guide for investing in 2025. Did I mention how privileged we are to have such cool clients?

Thanks for engaging Final Focus Productions once again to help ensure your success in production! This was their 10th event with us and we're all in the groove of efficiency. We've used 3 cams, but 2 is better. And there used to be separate prompters, but the custom view in a single confidence monitor is cleaner; and contains all the content they want when they want it. We bring expertise, but the collaboration and planning ensures success.

So privileged to have another livestream with the amazing people at Page, Wolfberg & Wirth! They're celebrating their 25th Anniversary and we helped them stream to LinkedIn, youtube and here on facebook.

Fortunate to work in a large room and spread things out! 4 cameras, 14 wireless mics and an ultra short throw projector.

Instead of working on important things, I did some research as I'm about to have a few hundred labels printed. QR codes are not just a pic associated with a destination, but binary data encoded between 70 to120 blocks representing your data/destination. So it's not possible for a qr you created with a free service to accidentally go to a destination you did not choose.

NOW, there are 2 types: Static & Dynamic. Static you create once and it's done - again, it's only binary data so no need for a database to keep track of things. Dynamic gives you the ability to change the information, and thus the destination. Such as a vCard - you may want this dynamic as you can create a qr, but in the future change the associated website, or phone number, or married name, etc. while permitting the code to remain consistent.

ITEM 2: You may want to pay for a service that generates your codes so you can enable tracking to see which codes you generated are actually working for you.

ITEM 3: A referral to your communications department or conference & meeting planner would be very much appreciated!

"Steve Kownacki and his Final Focus Productions team go way beyond the norm in providing audio/video conference services. Steve is super easy to work with, treats the project as his own and jumps in quickly to smooth any glitch or challenge with presenters' slides or web interface. His team works behind the scenes to get the job done quickly and seamlessly. Event organizing can be stressful, but working with Final Focus almost makes it feel fun. , the message of Dauphin County CASA at tonight’s tree lighting ceremony. Their mission to provide quality volunteer advocates for children who are involved in juvenile court proceedings as a result of abuse and/or neglect.

We were thrilled to provide audio support and some lighting for tonight’s event.
