Ingredients: * Lean ground beef 1lb, 93% * 2 cups shredded cabbage (green, purple, or a mix) * 1 cup shredded carrots * 1/2 cup chopped green onions * 2 large eggs, whisked * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced * 1-2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce * 1-2 tablespoon rice vinegar * Avocado oil spray * Salt and pepper, to taste * Optional: fresh cilantro or Thai basil, for garnish Low-Calorie Sauce: 1⁄2 cup low-sodium soy sauce 1⁄4 cup water 3-4 tablespoons rice vinegar 1-2 tablespoon honey 1-2 tablespoon hot sauce (like sriracha or chili garlic sauce) 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic paste 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger paste 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil Cilantro/chili to garnish (optional)

High protein low point chili PERFECT for a WEIGHT LOSS journey #wwpartner (recipe 👇🏽) I’ve partnered up with @WeightWatchers to show you that losing weight doesn’t have to mean eating bland and boring foods Ingredients: 2 pounds ground beef, 93% lean 1 large onion, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 bell peppers, diced (any color) 2 cans (14.5 ounces each) diced tomatoes 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste 2 tablespoons chili powder 1 tablespoon cumin powder 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional) 1 tablespoon paprika 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon honey (optional) 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust according to your spice preference) Salt and black pepper to taste Optional toppings: shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions Instructions: * In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over high heat for 3-4 mins * Add the diced onion and diced bell peppers to the pot. Sauté until the vegetables are softened 2-3 mins * Stir in seasonings above and tomato paste then cook for another 2 mins * Lower heat to med-low and add the minced garlic, cook for another minute then add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and around 1/2 cup water * Reduce the heat to low and simmer the chili for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. * Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary. * Serve the chili hot in bowls. Optionally, top each serving with shredded cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and chopped green onions.
