The Voodoo Child takes the stage at Underground Pub Iași for a double release – "Vin" and "Plec", two powerful songs that capture the contrast between longing and letting go, between what was and what is left behind. In 2024, the band embraced raw emotion, releasing their first tracks in Romanian. Vin and Plec are two sides of the same story – one about love, longing, and searching, the other about release and moving on.

Formed in Iași in 2018, The Voodoo Child brings together Andrei Cerbu, Robert Ciubotaru, and Teodor Cușnir, with Romina Apostol completing the lineup as lead vocalist in 2021.

With two studio albums to their name – the latest, From The Dark (2023), a concept album exploring a love doomed to fail – The Voodoo Child has made a mark on major stages, including Open Air Blues Festival Brezoi, Kimaro, Bucovina Motorfest, and Hard Rock Cafe.

Awarded at Constelații Rock Râmnicu Vâlcea 2023, the band continues to rise, taking their music beyond borders. Vin and Plec mark a new chapter – two songs born from raw emotion, personal transformation, and, of course, a bottle (or more) of wine.
