Looking for someone who can take 2 separate videos from 2 different cameras & put them together.

For example the co-host M**f will record himself talking throughout an episode from his phone and I (Nick) will record myself talking throughout the episode with my phone.......

We need that put into one video and have it cut to whoever is talking. So say for instance when M**f is talking it shows his video from where he recorded himself and when I am talking it shows my video from where I recorded myself.

Looking for someone that can do that at a affordable rate.
