A worker for the new McCook City pool is familiar with the contract and states deadline has always been July 27th for 'substantial completion' which means it passes inspections and expect two more weeks after that for opening! The city manager has been stating around July 1st. Worker states 'No way possible.'

Update : City states pool to open July 17th!
