While I was asleep our coder pushed the yearly Dragonmas Challenge live. Come help the Wise One return what Fetu decided to hide. This is also the very first new challenge released on the game site since the recode! We at both THG StarDragon Publishing and Dragon Hearts hope you enjoy it and have a Merry Dragonmas.

The minions have been hard at work behind the scenes to rewrite the game from the ground up. There are numerous changes more than can be listed, some stuff is probably broken or has been forgotten, if you find anything raise a help ticket by clicking "Help" in the menu, or messaging me here! Dragon fangs are on a two for one sale to celebrate the relaunch.

Redoing the game from the bottom up for Dragon Hearts 2.0 has been a years-long project. We've relaunched the gamesite. It looks very different than 1.0 did. For older players it may be a bit confusing. For new players it is hopefully easier to navigate.

Amehana (Teresa Garcia) will be working on a tutorial video and intends to have it ready soon.

One more outlet for Dragon Hearts external announcements to maintain.

This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I hurt too much from yesterday's setup and sitting the booth all day for better pictures or going outside for the poster shots. This is current stock on hand between what I'd illustrated for Pen It Publications and what THG StarDragon Publishing has here (though everything is available on Amazon and B&N.).

Someone noticed I'm getting more muscle in my leg that's been withered for years below the knee. This led to an investigation of my foot, which has more muscle and is no longer a block of ice compared to my other foot. It's warm like it should be when freed of a sock. She noticed more muscle in my foot, and I was able to individual toe wiggling better. Even better, the residual clumping on the back of the foot is gone. That left leg still has a long way to go and I still have a long way to go getting distance and endurance up (and especially not getting dizzy after too far) but that lumbar laminectomy definitely seems like it gives room to figure out the other stuff.

I'm finally home from the hospital. I'm very tired after this adventure. Thunder is happy I'm back.

Surgery day! Open, open, open.

Today's pre op appointments (two buildings, two clinics in each for 4 different things) have been completed. I've been issued a full back brace which fits just right (let's hope I don't gain weight now after all the adjusting... I'm 121.8 pounds right now and slender). It works out surprisingly nicely because I used to be used to strapping on backpacks before my first injury. Apparently, not everyone is compatible with this type. I've also been issued a two-wheeled walker instead of my four-wheeled ones, at least for while I'm recovering. My post-op meds I have to go pick up, but I'm too exhausted so asked to just be driven home. Hopefully, I can obtain them tomorrow to pack, as it's time to start setting up my overnight bag for the time I will be there pre-op and may be in the hospital post-op, to be prepared. The surgeon is aware that the amount of swelling seen today is from after being at rest recuperating from an illness and avoiding recatching it from everyone else.
Now it's time to recuperate, I severely over extended myself even though I was not the one doing the driving.

Cardiac clearance has finally been obtained and they said they were faxing it. My heart is healthy. Surgery ho! Should be getting on the schedule soon and my spine fixed.

Active nerve flare triggered but still dragging in to Dr and PT. Got my biopsy results. The polyp they removed from my colon was precancerous. Next check there is in five years.

Our Story

Stories have been my passion since I was a very little girl in Bieber, California. I have lived my entire life in the north state and had wanted to live in McCloud since I was very young as it was so close to the Ski Park. I have always had a special connection with Mount Shasta as a holy place. I raise my kids in my mountain cabin. Together we have several animals. We observe the cycles of the year. My deep connection with the spiritual world is why my company specializes in fantasy, poetry, and spirituality. Children’s works are welcome, as are works meant for children.

I offer website testing and proofreading for client side view as one service. I also offer audiobook narration. Book illustration is also within my purview as are editing, proofreading, layout, and typesetting for ebooks and print books. Other services that I provide are scenario, quest and challenge writing for role play games. I am also an author and poet. I do not accept many book projects a year so that I can focus on quality. I also have very particular terms when it comes to a book being published through me, and though I may do editing or other services for a book does not guarantee that it will also be accepted for publishing.

PLEASE do not drop in without an appointment. I suggest contacting me by email, or by leaving a message on my phone. I prefer email or private page messaging. I could be on the clock for a website testing or proofreading client. There are very particular reasons for this. I could be in the middle of recording audio for an audio book. My son could be having a bad day and I would need to attend to him only, or I myself could be ill. I work out of my home, and a short in and out to see someone on the property could result in an hour of lost work time.

My highest paying website testing client pays $40 per hour for work done for him. Thus further unnecessary interruptions due to showing up uninvited despite this posting and the signs out front of my home to repeats will be billed at the rate of $40 per hour ($10 per 15 minutes of time I am not able to work) plus a nuisance fee of $10 per hour as that is time that I am not working and thus not able to be billing my client for. Ever since a certain person started renting my garden space from my mother there has been an increasing problem with people coming out without an appointment to the property scheduled with me so that I could rearrange my workload. Not only is it disrespectful of a private abode but also disrespectful of my office, my clients, and a head of household trying to make enough to take care of her family. I apologize for having to include this on my story.
