This summer, Phillips Hall is being demolished. Opened in 1966, Phillips Hall is one of the four high-rise residential halls added to campus from 1966-1971. One of the early renderings for the high-rise residential halls by Herschman and Douglas Engineers, Architects (St. Joseph) included as many as eight buildings.
