It's not easy to say we never judge, I catch myself all the time. There is a difference between judgment and discernment.

I'd like to imagine it even comes from a different place within the body entirely. The energy behind it is different as well.

This topic was inspired by The Freedom Transmissions.

Hello beautiful beings!! I'm going to be offering Movement Awakening Flow as a part of my Movement Awakening Class Series! These lives will happen mostly on my youtube channel, if I can make it happen to be live on Instagram and youtube at the same time I will do that!

What's different about this flow?

We will incorporate dance, and freedom of movement through our vinyasa flow! So be open to breaking out of the linear pathways and into the spiraling world of your inner freedom, your inner feminine. To soften the edges though Movement and breath!

Mmm, my collective yoga family, please know I am here! Someday, I will go live and share my entire recent story as to why I come and go and my deep healing journey!

I deeply love each and every one of you here!

Love is conventionally defined as something either romantic, something we feel torwards our friends, animals, or family...

But true unconditional love has no bounds. It's infinite. It's unseen. It's the space between you and me, and all of us here...and it fills us all and connects us all if we choose to see it, choose to feel it.

Meaning there is no separation. There is no you verses me. Or I'm here and you're there, it's everything in between. It's to look into a strangers eyes and see yourself. To understand and hold compassion on the highest frequency.

So though I can not see you, only a number representing that you are here, supporting me, and each other with love and light. I feel it!

Some day, I will make space for more videos, do not worry!

Yoga Nidra is a beautiful form of healing yoga to find deep rest and detachment in a heathy way to help you heal! Today's Yoga Nidra script I wrote was to help ease and heal from the full moon eclipse energy we just encountered! Though Yoga Nidra isn't a Yoga Class it is a very important form of yoga I wanted to bring in to our 31 days of yoga! To honor all forms of Yoga/ Meditation and healing methods we can access!
