Having someone come to the cookout to teach made this one of the best 🧺picnic/cookouts 🌭 ever because the introvert Lisa didn’t have to force mix and mingle! We actually were laughing 😂 and having fun naturally with good old fashion fun. Such a great idea for an event or gathering! Skyy @skyy_hulahooplady started teaching hoola ⭕️hooping around the same time as a way to stay active and teach others the fun in exercise & play! Adult hoa hoops are much harder than those we had as a child.
If I hoola’ed ⭕️daily, this tummy would be gone!
