First picture was end of March 2023, middle picture was second week of April 2023, and last picture is from last week. When I completed a 5day Ifast program I have access too. In those 5 days I lost 7 lbs..

If I can do this anybody can!! All you do is drink it, that's it!!

This was almost a YEAR AGO!! After 2 surgeries that took me out over 6 months of not being active, a hernia with another surgery to follow! 2023 is going to be my Year!! I have DBL in weight gain, but I'm NOT letting that control my end goal!! I've done it once, I can DO IT AGAIN!!

UPDATE:🚨
So since I have been home from my outpatient 🧑‍🦽surgery today, I have been well taken care of from my husband and son💕. From helping me get around with my walker to meals, drinks, and medicine reminders🛁⏰. I have been sleeping 🛌 off and on most of the day. My leg is propped up with pillows and, my husband makes sure I get rotated from side to side so my hips don't hurt. On my good leg I have that "sexy" ted hose, and on the surgical leg I am wrapped from upper thigh all the way to my ankle.

No showering 🛁 for minimum of 24 hrs. Baby aspirin daily to prevent blood clots and in bed exercises🏋️. I have done a few of them about 3 times today as tolerated. No pain, so far just an inner burning feeling. I have been doing ice packs to help with pain and swelling too.

But OVERALL, I AM DOING PRETTY GOOD!! ☺️ Now time for bedtime meds 💊 and off to sleep 💤. Hoping tomorrow is as good as today was. Staying strong 💪and positive😁!! Much ❤️ Love to ALL of you checking on me today, in messages, 📱texts or phone☎️ calls.

Sorry I had to have a little fun/overboard with the emoji's!! But hoping tomorrow I can get my 💅 nails painted, since I had to take it all off for this. Oh well!! Enjoy your evening I'm going nite nite 😘
