💓 As we draw near the spring equinox, we are remembering the growth and transformation of all of us have experienced over the last four years since the pando began. A cycle is coming to completion, and we are on the verge of a massive blossoming into the next phase our collective awakening.

Actualize LA represents an opportunity for us to connect as community and unify our deepest intentions together. This experience also marks the release of the first ACTUALIZE compilation album, featuring a myriad of artists from around the globe who have turned some of their life's challenges, and stories into songs.

We invite you to be a part of this magnificent event on March 29th for this will be an invocation that will truly make an impact on the world as we align our unique and wonderful gifts as one.

New Moons are a fertile time to slow down, tune in, and plant seeds for the next cycle of your creative journey.

There is no secret.

and how deep you’re willing to go into it.

There is no prime moment.
There is no better moment.

Each moment is your blank canvas.
Art is a boundless space.
No rules. No judgment. No mistakes.

Expressing what’s present moves energy and is the key to liberating whatever is there to be unleashed. Your raw expression through movement, drumming, toning, words on paper, sung, spoken - raging, grieving, crying, whispering, gently humming and soothing your nervous system with your own voice… Full spectrum, your creative practice is an open door you can choose to walk through as a way to release and channel the blessings and intensity of the human experience.

All of you is welcome.
It’s up to you to allow and give permission for it all to rise up and out of you through dance, on canvas, on paper, on the mic.

Private practice is beautiful, AND creative practice in community can be an edge we cross over together.
