Hey Everyone, NAPA 8 ball league play continues tonight at The Other Place in Marianna, tables open up at 6 for free practice and matches at 7pm. Hannah Barfield will be bartending tonight so come on out a chill out with us or shoot some as league play wraps up quickly and then Trivia Night starts at around 8pm -10pm hosted by Dillon Galloway so come on out and play and win some free drinks tonight.

Hey Everyone, Tonight at The Other Place in Marianna we’re restarting our Thursday night 9 Ball Tournament back up. Adding $100 w/8 players or more, paying 3 places. 7pm is free practice and play at 8pm. Our 10 Ball Break n Run is at $1250 on the 9’ Diamond. Hey Everyone, This Thursday Night The Other Place in Marianna is restarting our 9 Ball Tournament back up at 8pm, free practice at 7pm. The 10 Ball Break and Run also restarts on the 9’ Diamond with $1250.00 in the pot and $125 a ball. Since this is a restart, everyone has to participate 3 times to get 100% payout. 1st=33%, 2nd=66%, 3rd=100% So spread to word, bring a friend and come on out and compete.

Hey , Our NAPA 9 ball and 8 ball session has just started last week at The Other Place in Marianna but we can still take on a few more players for both sessions. 9 ball is on Sunday at 7pm and 8 ball is on Wednesday at 7pm. Free practice at 6-7pm both days. This is a singles cash league and all skill levels are welcome to ccompete. $10 a night and $5 goes to the cash payout. More info below. Hey , It’s Sunday and NAPA 9 ball league continues tonight free practice at 6pm matches start at 7pm. Kaylee will be serving tonight and we’ll be open as CB long as we got people hanging out. We still have some awesome Chilli left, 20 oz bowl, cheese and ritz crackers for $8.50…A few pool tables will be open during league play so come on out tonight, we’re open at 5pm.

Hey , We’re still doing pool league sign ups for our NAPA 8 Ball and
NAPA 9 Ball singles sessions which will be starting in a week or so. This is a Handicapped league so all skill levels are welcome to compete. Sunday or Monday night will be 9 ball and Wednesday night will be 8 ball, free practice start at 6pm and matches start at 7pm. Cost is $10 a week to play 8 or 9 ball. $20 to play both. If you can’t make it to league play due to something in life coming up, you can call or text Danny before 5pm and I’ll notify your opponent, a no call no show will be a forfieit the year, so call or text if you can make it hefore 5pm. Half of the money we pay $5, goes towards the CASH payout the sessions end. No membership fee either like APA, which is $30 yearly.
It pays 50% 1st, 30% 2nd, 20% 3rd. Handicap works like this, a low skilled player plays a higher skilled player the race to may be a 3-7 Race the low skilled player has to win 3 racks (games) before the higher skilled player wins 7 racks (games). Any other questions ask Danny when you sign up. So far we have 12 for 8 ball and 9 for 9 ball. For more info call Danny at 850-326-4717

If you’re coming out just to shoot some pool, League play gets over quickly and there is alway a table or 2 available to play on.

Hey , HaPpY Labor Day to all. It’s Monday and NAPA 9 Ball league play continues tonight going into week 6 of competition and we have no match to make up. Tables open up at 6pm for free practice and matches can start as soon as your opponent arrives and is ready.

Important note: We realize life gets in the way, so if you ‘can not’ make it to play, text Danny 850-326-4717 by 5pm, failure to do so may result in a forfeit of your match. Your opponent would have to pay for a match to get the points and pay for a match they didn’t get to play. Matches can be made anytime the bar is open, it’s up to both players to schedule with each other a date and time for a make up match.

The Other Place in Marianna will be closed today as we don’t anticipate being busy due to it being Labor day weekend.

We will open tomorrow Monday for NAPA 9 ball league play and will remain open as long as people are here.

We will be closed Tuesday as normal and will be open Wednesday at 4pm as things return to normal. NAPA 8 Ball League play will continues Wednesday at 6pm.
