Business Open House Event in Greenwood
On Tuesday, July 18th the Chamber of Commerce and Local Real Estate agents held a citywide open house event to showcase some of the beautiful homes Greenwood has available and to discuss new business ventures bringing high paying jobs to the area with business owners and prospective buyers.
The event included door prizes, cold desserts from Da’ Bayou and catered lunch for all guests.
The Mansfield Lady Tigers are officially headed to the State Championship !!!

A Beautiful Night to Celebrate our Seniors, and Another Year Down in the Books.
Last night, Thursday, April 27th, The Greenwood Band played their last performance of the year, with a special acknowledgment of the hard working Seniors and Band Leaders who have worked for the last seven years of their lives building this amazing group of students into an award winning team that has seen awards won every single year.
Being led by Joel Sillivan, with the tireless efforts of Melanie Heikkila, Matthew Verrette, Molly Guzman and Brian Fowler, it has been a year filled with memories that will last a lifetime.
To the class of 2023, Congratulations!!

Wildlife officers and law enforcement have been tracking a black bear in the City of Mansfield. The bear has been spotted in the housing district near the high school and on Broadway Street.

A Beautiful Night for a Parade!
The 2022 Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Christmas Parade went on tonight, Monday, December 5th as a huge success.
Hundreds of people filled the square, The Greenwood High School Band filled the streets with holiday songs and amazing food was on every corner.
