Wassup DFW! Come out and enjoy tons of family fun at my school district, Arlington ISD's Father FEST 2024!

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Saturday at the Arlington ISD Athletic Center (right near AT&T Stadium (Cowboy Stadium).

It will be an unforgettable day honoring engaged fathers and families. Come see the winning essays and help us recognize the outstanding Father and Families Demonstration campuses!

The Bible says in Zechariah 4:10, "Do not despise these small beginnings, for the LORD rejoices to see the work begin."

On yesterday, I got a chance to return to DJ for the first ever community to book me on a monthly basis back in 2019 - Morada Cedar Hill (TX).

Before having a number of other senior living communities as customers ...

was able to ever DJ for school dances and PTA fundraisers ...

perform for birthday or holiday parties ...

play for my school district's staff at AT&T stadium or for a couple of weddings ...

or had business name, a logo and customized T-shirts ...

And with very little equipment...

it started with a few 70 and 80-year-olds in the rose garden and library/lobby of Morada Cedar Hill - where a half-dozen retirees reminded me that they were "Still Young" and loved music and dancing as much as I do.

Enjoyed DJing for this wonderful young lady's 90th birthday and entertaining her family - a number of whom came all the way from California - on today.

Shoutout to Ms. Betty for promising her relatives that I would be the best DJ for her party. Even bragging to them that I would give "line dance instruction" for her family. 😂

Well, they had to teach me some of the country line dances, as I taught them the urban ones. 😂

Extremely thankful to be asked back to DJ for the annual Bingo Night fundraiser for Jones Academy PTA.

I love playing for this event! Hit 'em with some classic and did some line-dancing in between the bingo games; raffle prize drawings; and my school Gunn Junior High School's step team's show.

Even got a chance to rock my newest custom T-shirt. Shout out to

Another great night for the brand. Had a fun time playing music for this young lady - who ‘s originally from the Philippines - as she celebrated her 75th birthday with her friends and relatives.

“Taught” the Cupid Shuffle and the Wobble. Even learned some country line dances and got a chance to try some Biko, a Phillipine rice cake dessert made with caramel and coconut!
