Every night, I grab my journal and I just write down the first five things that come to my mind. Sometimes they’re big, sometimes they’re small. When you take time every day to appreciate the amazing things going on in your life and write them down, you start to notice a shift in your thinking. And if you’re ever having a bad day, just pull out that journal and you will have pages and pages of things to bring your perspective back.
