UPDATE (9 PM Jan. 4): Road treatment continues very slowly due to the road conditions. Crews have redeployed additional resources to help finish the remaining primary routes. Some roads are refreezing due to light freezing drizzle that continues so crews will recheck and re-treat them as necessary before moving to residential streets.
