Last weekend was wedding #600 for BeLoud Enertainment!

Hard to believe we've been a part of so many big days for that many people.

A good round number of guests for a North Dakota wedding is about 200, so that's roughly 120,000 attendees we've entertained.

On average, we play 65 songs per night, so that's about 40,000 songs. Many are the same, some even get played twice a night, but that's still a lot of music. That's 600 meaningful first dance songs and close to the same number of emotional bride/father and groom/mother dances.

We have posted nearly 150,000 photos on Facebook for our events. That's a LOT of memories of kids that have grown, couples that have started relationships, grandparents, parents and even two brides that have passed away, and a few people we have watched grow up in front of our eyes over the last 14 years. We even had someone come up show us the first photo we ever took of her years ago before we did her wedding.

It seemed fitting that we celebrated our 600th wedding with a father of two previous brides who got married to a wonderful woman who has been patiently waiting for her big day. They had a small ceremony and meal with about 50 people, and then over 200 showed up for an awesome party. More previous BeLoud couples were there, parents of previous BeLoud couples were there, and it felt more like family than clients.

We're intentionally not as busy as we used to be, but there's no stopping the BeLoud party going forward. We are looking forward to a great 2024 and beyond!

Congratulations Darren and Deb. To use a word you used all night on Saturday, you guys being #600 was just "perfect!"

The couple for an upcoming wedding have some 90's electronic dance music on their request list. So I just spent 20 minutes down a rabbit hole beat mixing 120-130 bpm music from back in the nightclub days while I was preparing music.
