Who can relate to this 🙋‍♀️? Sometimes we tend to create bigger problems in our minds than the actual reality by overthinking 💭. So today, try and breathe and stop overthinking that situation that is causing you sleepless nights, causing you pain and drain 💔. Because honestly, if it’s out of your hands, it deserves freedom from your mind too 🤍 .

I know how hard it is not be tempted to stay on TikTok for 3 hours plus with all the social media distractions out there, it's hard not to spend all day scrolling through your favorite Instagram accounts. But it's also important to remember that you have a job to do—a job that pays your bills and gives you something valuable to do with your life.

So how can you balance the two? Here are some tips:

𝟙. Set a timer for 20 minutes of work and 20 minutes of social media (if you're feeling really ambitious!)

𝟚. If you're working on something that requires deep focus, try putting your phone in another room so that you don't get distracted by notifications while working

𝟛. When you have time off from work, set aside some time each day to catch up on news, entertainment, and other things that aren't related to work.

You've probably heard this phrase before: consistency transforms average into excellence.

I believe that's true💯, and I also believe that consistency is the #1 most important thing in your life right now. If you want to excel, you have to be consistent✅.

There's no way around it. You can't just wake up one day and decide that today is the day you're going to start being awesome - unless you are Barney Stinson from 😅 but that's besides the point.

But why consistency🤔?

Because consistency is what brings you closer to your goals, no matter what they are. Sure, there might be some days when you don't feel like doing anything—but then you should push yourself just a little bit more and do it anyway.

Consistency is about doing whatever it takes for as long as it takes—and that's how you'll get where you want to go.

Negative thoughts are an unfortunate part of life.

We all have them, and sometimes they’re unavoidable. But when you start to notice those negative thoughts creeping into your mind, it’s important to recognize them and take action.

Here are some tips on how to avoid negative thoughts:

🟡Don’t stress about the future or the past. Worrying about what might happen or what happened can make you feel anxious, but it doesn’t change anything because you can’t rewrite you past and you have no control over the future. But you have control over your present 🫶

🟠Be grateful for what you have right now. When you’re feeling down or stressed out, remember all of the good things in your life—and there are always good things! Even if it’s just a little thing like enjoying a cup of coffee or listening to music while you work on a project for school or work, remind yourself that these little moments add up over time and make up a lot of who we are as people overall (and not just at one particular moment).

🔵 Don’t let yourself get too hungry. When you’re hungry, your body releases stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, which can make it hard for you to focus on anything other than food.

🟤 Make sure you’re well-rested. A good night’s sleep will help make sure that your brain is functioning at top capacity when it comes to avoiding negative thoughts.

🟣 My favorite- Keep a journal where you write down all your accomplishments so far (even if they seem small). Then read through it when things get tough—it’ll help remind you that this isn’t new territory for you at all because you’ve gone through it all before and you can do it again ❤️😊

Have you ever felt like you just couldn't get out of your own head? Like there was a part of you that just kept spinning, and spinning, and spinning in circles? That's how negative thoughts can feel. And it's not just frustrating—it can be downright scary🥺.

I know how powerful negative thinking can be, and how easy it is to get caught up in it when you don't have a plan for dealing with it. That's why I've put together these 3 tips for handling negative thoughts:

❶ Write down ✍️ what your negative thought is. It helps to write it down so that it's more tangible, and so that you can see what's causing your negative feelings.

❷ Ask yourself what's causing these thoughts? Is there something in your environment or situation that could be triggering them?

If so, try changing either the situation or your reaction to it (or both) until the negative thoughts go away on their own accord.

If there isn't anything specific going on right now that's making you feel down or anxious, then try thinking about why you might be feeling this way in general? Is there anything going on in your life right now that is causing stress or anxiety? If so, how could you deal with those stressors differently so they don't cause so much distress?

❸ Take three deep breaths and then ask yourself if this thought is true or not (you may find out that most of the time, these thoughts aren't even true at all!).

If all else fails and nothing seems to be working, just remember: these thoughts are not permanent—they'll pass eventually and they're not who you are—they're just thoughts and do not reflect on who you are 🫶✨

Today, I want to talk about your mindset ❤️⭐️.

What does that even mean? Well, it’s the way you think about yourself, the world around you, and your place in it.

Sometimes we get stuck in our mindsets—and they can be so hard to break out of! But if you’re feeling like something isn’t working for you, or if you just want to try something new… then I say: go for it! You have the power to change your mindset.

One of the best ways to do this is by using affirmations. An affirmation is a positive statement about who you are and what you deserve in life. It helps us to see ourselves in a new way—as someone who deserves happiness and success, someone who can overcome any obstacle that comes their way. When we start saying these things out loud (or even just thinking them!), they become part of how we see ourselves—and that means they become part of how we behave as well. So if your mind keeps telling you “I’m not good enough” or “I’ll never find love,” then change those thoughts into affirmative ones instead! No matter how bad things get, keep reminding yourself that there’s another way ❤️❤️🫶

I know how stressful it can be when you're trying to overcome anxiety on social media as a new coach or a business owner.

I wasn't so comfortable myself with even recording a video. I was anxious about if it would be accepted or how people would think about me and so many other negative thoughts that were just a destruction!

As a new business owner or coach, I believe you want to get out there, connect with people, and share your work with a wider audience, but you don't know where to start. You might not even feel comfortable posting anything in the first place!

So I created these easy-to-follow steps (swipe left) to help you start building your presence online in a way that feels authentic and true to who you are.

Lastly, take deep breaths and remember, Rome wasn't built in a day💫.

Life is full of ups and downs, and sometimes it can be hard to stay on track when you’re feeling stressed out or distracted. Use some of these tips on consistency and let me know which one works for you…

Also and most importantly!!!! Take a break when you need one! When I’m feeling overwhelmed by all my commitments, I take a few minutes to just sit quietly with myself and breathe deeply until I feel calmer and more centered again. Then I’m able to tackle what’s next with renewed energy 🧡✨.

You probably know that the choices you make affect your habits. But did you know that your habits affect the bigger decisions you make?

Think about it: if you eat fast food for lunch every day, your body will get used to it, and soon you'll be craving it. That's how habits work—they become part of our daily routine.

But what happens when we add something new to our routine, like eating healthy food? Well, eventually we'll want to eat healthy food all the time, too! It's just a matter of making small changes over time so that they feel normal and natural to us.

So take a look at your daily routine and see where there might be some room for improvement. Maybe it's time for an upgrade😄!

I want to get vulnerable today. I don’t wear a smile everyday, sometimes i go through a s**t load of emotions and self doubt and cry myself out. Sometimes i feel defeated and i feel like i should quit doing what i am doing. It’s hard to stay positive and keep the fire burning but reminding myself why i am doing this everyday, having tiny affirmations around my apartment is one of the things brings me back into focus. I also shift my mindset from I can’t do this to I’m definitely going to do this.

Whenever i doubt myself which i do btw, i always look at my journey, how far I’ve come and the accomplishments I’ve had in my life so far. Some things might look small but i discovered keeping my gratitude journal helps with this moments. I always give thanks for anything and everything that i have.

Anyway, my point is, you are not alone🫶🤎. Times are hard and we are honestly all going through stuff but how you handle it is what makes the difference. How you shift your mindset makes the difference too.

When it comes to your mindset, you can't control everything.

You can't control how other people will react to what you say or do. You can't control whether or not people will like you. And you definitely can't control whether or not they'll respect you.

But what you CAN do is control how YOU react to these things. You can choose to be confident in the face of adversity, and you can choose to stay positive even when things aren't going your way.

And that's why we're here—to remind ourselves of this fact and help each other stay positive❤️🫶!
