Loose, "feral" pigs are tearing up this small Connecticut town's lawns, causing thousands in damages, residents say — one man said his lawn has to be replaced at an estimated cost of $23,000.
The ravenous, roving swine wandered from a local farm and could be breeding, according to the first selectman. The owner of the farm has not taken responsibility, he said.
