Set specific clear goals both big and small that you want to achieve in your career. This will give you direction and focus and help you stay on track!

Create a routine that includes practicing, songwriting, updating protools, ect. Whatever it may be to improve your skills and musical abilities. Even if it’s just 30 mins a day, stick to it!

As much as practice is important. Some of us need to practice REST! Taking breaks is important to avoid burnout. Step away & do other things you enjoy that will leave you refreshed
