What to do when your soul feels tired. ❤️
To all those feeling tired in their souls, who find it challenging to keep up the positivity—your honesty is deeply respected.
I understand that feeling of exhaustion all too well.
When life feels like a struggle, it's natural to yearn for escape, giving up wishing for more appreciation.
Yet, often, that struggle serves to reveal aspects of ourselves that need attention and healing.
Imagine this when you feel terrible, imagine it just means you stepped off on the wrong floor of an elevator.
Feeling exhausted is like focusing on the difficulties of that floor instead of returning to the elevator (connecting with your higher infinite self—the true you).
Once back in the elevator, you can relax and trust the journey.
Another perspective is being adrift in an ocean, desperately swimming towards shore.
Sometimes, simply floating—doing nothing—brings us back to land effortlessly and swiftly.
If only we truly knew ourselves, we'd recognize that our path to experiences that have ease joy and peace is already paved with the least resistance.
It's our need to control that drains us.
In these moments, I turn to Ho'oponopono, a prayer of reconciliation and forgiveness:
🌺 Ho'oponopono Prayer: 🌺Take a deep breath and repeat:
"I'm so sorry.
Please forgive me.
I love you.
Thank you."
With each breath, repeat this prayer and allow yourself to melt, relax into this state of responsibility love and gratitude.
Soon, you'll find yourself reaching the shore to the reality of the new desire that the bad floor showed you wanted to have.
Sometimes bad experiences make it crystal clear what we truly desire and align with.
Let's embrace the journey with surrender to allow ourselves the faith to float back to our true essence where everything exists in the path ease and least resistance 🌟
It is my sincere intention to give rise to your own awareness of your higher self. Leading you back to the true you. To "know thyself" is the most important experience.
