Tag or share with Type 1 Diabetic friends who struggle-
Such Great News Today at the Endocrinologist appt!

An even LOWER A1C, great healthy weight gain and growth!

Joanna Renner’s Empowered Balance Method for Managing
Type 1 Diabetes-

My son was diagnosed earlier this year and we have gotten on track so quickly that I want to share his daily diet to help other families who may seek direction in routine diet and food.

This method differs from what nutritionists advise and on several points I disagree with their advise. This is just my opinion only and our exceptional results.

⬇️

Joanna Renner is sharing her method for managing her son’s Type 1 diabetes, which has kept him exceptionally healthy since his diagnosis less than a year ago.

His A1C levels are excellent and gettting even better with each visit, and he requires minimal insulin thanks to a balanced diet rich in high-quality, organic whole foods and simple wellness practices.

Key Components of the Empowered Balance Method:
1. Wild-Caught Sockeye Salmon – 2 times a week-Full of omega-3s, supporting heart health and reducing inflammation.
2. Grass-Fed Lean Beef – Seasoned with salt, paprika, and poultry seasoning for taco meat, served in bell peppers-instead of tortillas to keep meals low-carb and stabilize blood sugar. Or into small burgers just seasoned with salt and pepper- or into little meatballs seasoned with pecorino Romano cheese fresh chopped parsley garlic and salt and pepper baked.

3. Farm-Fresh Organic Pasture-Raised Local Eggs – Nutrient-dense, providing protein, healthy fats, and essential vitamins.

4. Grass-Fed Butter – Rich in vitamins A, D, and K2, which promote insulin sensitivity.

5. Organic Pecans, Walnuts, and Almonds – Nutrient-packed with healthy fats, fiber, and antioxidants to stabilize blood sugar.

6. Organic Fruits – Including bananas, strawberries, and blueberries, which provide vitamins, fiber, and natural sweetness.

7. Organic Chicken – A high-quality, lean protein for sustained energy and muscle health. I make chicken cutlets with home made bread crumbs that we administer insulin for those carbs.

8. Organic Vegetables – Broccoli steamed with garlic salt and water and olive oil, bell peppers raw, and baked sweet potatoes are high in fiber and essential nutrients, helping to balance blood sugar.

9. Organic, Non-Homogenized Whole Milk – A natural source of calcium and healthy fats.

10. Uncured Organic Bacon – Free of preservatives and an excellent savory addition.

11. Hot Cocoa with Organic Pure Cocoa and Madagascar Vanilla – Cocoa is known to encourage stem cell growth, and with vanilla, makes a delicious, health-supporting drink.

12. Organic Cookies– Reserved for treating blood sugar lows, providing an enjoyable healthy, quick response to hypoglycemia. We save cookie indulgence for these moments to avoid excessive spikes. We also use a huge bowl of fresh strawberries or a banana to treat a low.

13. Cereal Substitute – Instead of processed cereals, we enjoy our own made up one!

A mixture of cut-up banana, Madagascar vanilla, pecans, walnuts, almonds, and a crumbled organic oatmeal cookie with whole milk for a nutrient-rich and naturally sweet breakfast option. 3 units of insulin-

14. No Processed Foods or Seed Oils – We avoid processed foods and only use organic extra virgin olive oil or grass fed butter-for cooking to promote heart health and reduce inflammation. We don't use avocado oil because my son is allergic but if you have no allergy, this is also a great oil.

15. Minimal Bread – We really do avoid bread to prevent blood sugar spikes.

16. Occasional Pizza – Enjoyed once a month to maintain balance and fun.

Magnesium Foot Soak for Added Wellness-Important

We also include a warm water and high-quality magnesium foot soak as part of our bi-weekly routine.

Magnesium helps with insulin sensitivity, blood sugar regulation, and relaxation.

Sensor and Pod Use for Safer Control- Important

We’ve chosen not to pair the sensor with the insulin pod, allowing us more precise control in case the sensor gives inaccurate readings, ensuring safer insulin management and avoiding dangerous highs or lows. This is truly the best decision for us.

Food Quantity: Never an Issue
When we use these high-quality, nutritious foods, quantity is never an issue. Because they are so nutrient-dense, we can enjoy more and always feel satisfied, without worrying about excessive blood sugar spikes or insulin needs.

Why This Works for Us
By focusing on organic, whole foods and wellness practices, our son’s blood sugar has stayed stable, his A1C remains excellent, and we’ve drastically reduced the need for excessive insulin. He is growing and gaining weight proportionally excellent for a young teenager.

This method helps us manage diabetes effectively while ensuring a balanced, satisfying diet and healthy growth and development.

Disclaimer: Every individual’s needs are unique, and this method works well for our family. Please consult with your healthcare provider before making any dietary changes, especially if there are food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Please feel free to share my message with all the teachers you know ❤️

❤️

I want to give teachers some insight into the new school year.

I remember one year one of my sons came home and cried himself to sleep begging not to go back (in middle school)

Because one of his teachers, in an effort to scare the "trouble maker kids" so they didn't think misbehaving was not even an option,

actually made my son so stressed and deflated about the new year.

She outlined the year in such a horribly hopeless negative manner so much so that it was army style tough.

She said things like , this will not be fun, this is going to be very hard work and you will fail if this or that.
We will do so much work and you will fail if this or that etc.

This message is for you as a teacher to hold in your heart space the reality that these kids are scared about their abilities.

They are scared about failing.

They are scared about so much.

You will have a much better year spending the first week with these kids telling them not to worry at all!

That they are enough just as they are right now to be there with you.

That they will succeed.

That their gifts and talents will emerge from your classes and that the goal is for you to show them how to be very proud of themselves.

❤️❤️❤️

Alieviate their fears and actually create an image for themselves that it's going to be really good for them.

❤️👏 You have the opportunity to become that one teacher they will never forget noticed their qualities strengths and abilities.

Showing them how to harness their specialness and uniqueness as a person.

That they were not born to be like anyone and that they have something new to share with the world .

That the learning from these facts and concepts are not a reflection of who they are but more to reveal what resonates with their inherent inspired aspirations.

That it is fun to get good at things that they never knew before.

That learning new things opens up their mind to apply innovation into the world.

I admire the privilege that all of you teachers have to shape the hearts and minds every day.

This post is a message to thank you in advance about your amazing talent to teach inspire and create the future through your students.

❤️👏

Fondly,

Joanna Renner

Business relationships start with dogs?

True Story! 8 years ago, I met someone who fell in love with my cutey pie boxer pup dog, Murray.

Murray is a big silly trouble maker, food stealer, drool maker doggie, and this lovely person had recently lost her beloved boxer due to illness.

We became friends because of Murray's cute face!

Next thing I know, she needed a realtor for her parents selling their place at Covered Bridge Community.

There was one stipulation that I had to bring to Murray to the home ❤️😂

I really did bring my dog to the listing appt.

Murray stole the show.

Not only did Murray give me new friends and clients, but they loved Murray's personality so much, they went to my same breeder for their new baby girl pup Elly!

So she is his sister from another mister!

Elly and Murray are half brother and sister and we bonded over their personalities ever since!

Then we got Sophie girl, another boxer pup also related to Murray Man!

And we are so so bonded over these angel dollface mischievous doggies, let me tell you, it is SO special.

When it came time to sell again and who else would they ask?

Murray Man uses this info as an excuse for his lavish Chewy Store Toy spending habits.

Oh I complain occasionally about Murray’s barking and slobber but my clients and friends are not having any of it.

They don't want to hear it!

Murray Man can do no wrong in their eyes.

I love to share positive posts because it is my calling to do so. ❤️

Family Meeting: Transform Your Home Environment

I want to share a powerful concept that I call "The Home is a Mirror: What Are YOU Reflecting?"

This perspective can transform negative home environments into supportive, positive spaces.

How It Works:

Our interactions within the home reflect our perceptions of each other.

When we express complaints or criticism, we project a distorted version of ourselves and others to themselves as well!

This is especially impactful on children, who absorb these reflections and start believing them.

For instance, if you constantly criticize a child for being messy or unhelpful, you're reinforcing a negative self-image.

Similarly, if you focus on what a family member hasn't done rather than acknowledging their efforts, you're creating a distorted mirror that shapes their self-perception.

Positive Reflections:

Acknowledge Efforts: Instead of focusing on what's lacking, highlight and appreciate the positive aspects and efforts of each family member.

A simple "thank you" may not be powerful enough to give impact.

I find using words like, I saw you do this or I heard you say this, then a touch of the shoulder truly cements this new self image to the person.

Your acknowledgment of their contributions can make a big difference to have them feel seen and heard, "caught doing something good"

Respond with Truth: If a family member criticizes you unfairly, calmly and confidently state your truth.

For example, if your teen says you never do anything for them, respond with, "I love you and dedicate my life to making your life better."

This reinforces a positive reflection of who you truly are.

Encourage and Compliment:

Regularly point out and celebrate the talents and positive qualities you see in your family members.

This helps build a supportive environment and encourages a healthy self-image.

Call out the good in someone and they will be more that aspect of themselves!

Share Your Perspective: Consider explaining this concept of "mirrors" in a family meeting.

Help everyone understand how positive reinforcement can change the dynamic of your home and encourage each other to be mindful of the reflections you create.

💥Silent Communication:

Remember, our thoughts also serve as mirrors.

If you think negatively about a family member while saying something positive,
.they may sense the underlying negativity. It’s crucial to align your thoughts with your words to create a genuinely positive atmosphere.

Extended Reflection:

Even if your family is away, you continue to serve as a mirror through texts and phone calls.

The way you communicate and reflect positivity or negativity can still influence how they perceive themselves and their relationships with you.

By adopting these practices, you can help your home become a place of mutual support and encouragement,

where everyone feels valued and understood.

Feel free to share this post with your family to start building a more positive and supportive home environment today!

My name is Joanna Renner and I share positivity in my communities because it is my calling to do so.

Tonight the world for me paused for a moment and I was taken away to remember

when I moved in to my house years ago

how that felt because of the closing today for my clients.

A wave of love and peace washed over my heart and mind.

After hanging up the phone tonight with my clients

that closed on their ranch home on 5 acres 2 hours south of me this morning,

and this is why I do this job.

Being on the phone with them after the closing

and hearing all about how their daughter is already asleep in her new room,

the kids are so happy situating their new rooms.

Even with boxes everywhere, my client's joy filled voice

sounded like they were kids themselves as they explained how pitch dark it is outside at night,

and that they can have coffee on their giant front porch tomorrow

without a neighbor being able to see them still in PJS.

How awesome that is!

That the air is SO fresh and the nature sounds are SO loud and amazing

and agian and again that they are SO happy.

That their son who has been planning and studying to create a huge garden

is still deciding the spot his small succulent plants will sit in his new room right now.

That the handy man is installing the baby gate across the family room right now and the baby is down for the night.

You see when we first started this home search

their wish list was not like everyone's.

They didn't want to be near any wifi or neighbors.

They wanted land.

Every house we found ended up being near a tower of some sort.

Or there was another big no no like solar panels which they didn't want.

They really wanted as "off grid" and Little House on the Prairie" as possible except for electric of course.

We had so many yes houses end up being disqualified for one reason or another.

It was a togetherness journey though

to find this one finally.

It wasn't stressful.

We were like in it together.

So cool.

And let me tell you,

getting to know what each family member was really looking forward to this whole entire time

and tonight hearing that different tone in their voice because they now have it.

It's emotional for me to feel the happiness for them.

I'm truly moved.

The happiness I feel right now as I write this

is similar to when you know your kids had their heart set on something for a reason that was beyond material

but more from their heart's passion, and the pride because they now have it!

And they are like, "See!"

That contentment is priceless.

To watch it is a gift.

🎁

What a good night.

I am truly SO happy for them.

It's like I've been enveloped into their really good energy field to share in it on this phone call.

❤️

Theresa's Transformation: Joanna's Self-Mastery Program

I'm Theresa, and Joanna's self-mastery program has profoundly impacted my life. For years, I felt like life was against me. At work, my efforts went unnoticed, and my relationships were strained, leaving me feeling isolated and invisible.

I had tried various self-help methods, including books, friends' advice, and therapy, but nothing made a lasting difference. Then I discovered Joanna's four-week program. Skeptical but hopeful, I was drawn to her promise of a personalized approach to shifting my mindset and understanding my emotions.

From the start, Joanna's program stood out. Her ability to connect with me was both powerful and uplifting. She tailored her guidance to my specific struggles, making complex ideas accessible with her compassionate and engaging style.

Joanna taught me how my negative self-talk—like "Nothing ever works out for me"—was reinforcing my negative experiences. By replacing these thoughts with positive affirmations, I began to see a shift. Her analogy of thoughts as seeds—what we plant and nurture grows—resonated deeply with me.

She also introduced me to the concept of emotions as frequencies. Like tuning a radio, we can choose to operate on higher frequencies such as joy and peace, rather than lower ones like fear and anger. This simple yet profound idea helped me consciously choose to feel better, transforming my outlook and interactions.

The changes were noticeable and impactful. At work, I gained confidence, spoke up in meetings, and even led a project—something I'd never achieved before. My relationships improved too. With my brother, for instance, I applied Joanna’s techniques to shift our conversations from conflict to understanding, leading to a renewed connection.

Socially, I felt more included and attracted positive interactions. Friends invited me out more, and I met new people who shared my interests. As my outlook improved, so did my social life.

These changes have endured. Joanna's methods have become part of my daily routine, helping me maintain a positive mindset even when challenges arise. If you're feeling stuck or seeking a renewed sense of fulfillment, Joanna’s program offers a refreshing approach that can transform your life.
