OUR HAPPY PLACE ON THE INSIDE❤️

So I am not sure who even gives a crap. 😂………..BUT

I will have you know that this whole first part of the year I was super busy taking a wild and crazy valuable Life Coaching course, doing many hours of Real Live sessions practicing with real people with all sorts of issues, from all over the world. Super cool 😎

Sounds highfalutin doesn’t it?

Like who the heck do I think I am, being a Life Coach right? When ever I see some ad for a life coach I always think to myself yea sure what the heck do they know and all they want is money 💰

Well I have to tell you, I didn’t do it to be a life coach, I did it to add value to what I can offer my clients because so many people have told me 😅I am SUPER good at it!

Even BEFORE I took this course I was able to tune in to other’s self inflicted blocks.

Now I can show and teach you how to delete them yourself!

What am I good at exactly?

I am good at showing you the very things blocking you from what you want.

What I have done was made so many people realize their magic, their blocks, their talents, their faith in their own ability, what to delete and what to invite, realize their God given connection that is available 24/7, step into the super authentic YOU and how to use their own intuition!

The better part of what I learned is to be aware of what the heck you believe

“What you believe..that is actually not even true”

but you holding onto it makes it so!

Whatever the wrong reasons are, I learned TOOLS (easy awareness techniques) to banish these pesky beliefs right out of your mind body and in turn, your life lights up. 💡

Because no matter how “Dalai Lama” you are, daily interactions occur anyway. They sometimes trigger you anyway right?

Well I can show you a way to dissolve delete the triggers as they rise up before you react🥴🤬 in a way that doesn’t serve you. Like when you get defensive or bite someone’s head off😅

I have actually taught many people how to clear their own blocks themselves. Then open up to their true potential. Several agents have had blocks holding their business down then their business exploded after they deleted the block, sometimes a client has a relationship block, you name it, I have helped so many blocks Disappear!

Here’s where it ties into Real Estate and why I even took this invaluable “highfalutin 💰💰💰” course to begin with 😂

I took it because I often times was faced with clients who didn’t even realize they were standing in their own way sometimes through the life transitions they went through.

I felt like I have helped people naturally as a trusted advisor in general but I wanted to hone in and get AMAZING at it. I am now AMAZING AT IT.

Ex:There was a woman who was super upset that her house wouldn’t sell even in a crazy seller’s market. I met with her as a favor to another agent. I helped her realize it was her own attachment to the house that she blocked it from selling. Taught her what I do and not only did she secure a buyer that week but she also secured her dream house on the water. Not only did I help her but she is actually now my very close friend ❤️

Believe it or not this year EX: I talked clients out of buying and selling because I was able to see it wasn’t really going to serve their best interests.
Am I nuts to lose thousands of dollars in commissions? I don’t think so. Nuts for other reasons 😂 just kidding. But truly my heart feels full, happy and fulfilled because people actually attribute major life breakthroughs to my guidance❤️

I learned how to effectively show my clients (only when welcomed and needed of course) how to infuse positivity into their lives with crazy easy conversations and JOANNA VIBES.

Trust me I don’t like it when people overstep or get a big ego on how they think they know, or how they are superior in solving all your problems. Yuck.

Instead, It is a super cool and Impowering sharing of ways to see better what is holding us back.

Often times we don’t even believe we have any blocks because we truly believe things are this way and that is that…

But often times I can see what you yourself can’t because you are blocked. You’re in too deep….

So…jeez shouldn’t I just get to the point already?

Its been a while...

Allow this to serve as a reminder that you are powerful.

Reminder 💥 you are being used as a power plant to create what others want.

Why? How on earth??? 😳

Humans (yes, you) have a unique consciousness that can shape reality by aligning thoughts and emotions in coherence.

The key is "coherence"

It's really true I tell ya!

When your mind and heart are in harmony, your own creativity and clarity expand to bend reality, letting you rise above outer circumstances.

While your memory cause you to believe physical limits exist, many traditions and scientific findings suggest that consciousness taps into a field of unlimited potential.

Meaning: your inner state directly shapes what you create and experience in real time.

Not the other way around.

Everything bends to your mind and heart coherence.

Call in the new thing you prefer. Think it. Feel it.

A Step-by-Step Guide to Manifestation Through the 7 Hermetic Principles

1. The Principle of Rhythm
💬 *"Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things
rise and fall…"*
Just as the ocean has tides and the moon waxes and wanes, so does your energy, your
results, and your seasons in life.

Learn to trust the rhythm. When you plant a seed (a
desire), there's a season to water it (action), a season to wait (faith), and a season to harvest
(manifestation).

• 🔍 **Life Example:**
When starting a business, you may go through a quiet phase with no clients. Don’t panic.
Keep showing up and marketing (watering the seed). Eventually, the clients appear, like
fruit in harvest season.

2. The Principle of Mentalism

Everything starts with a thought. The mental realm is the blueprint for your reality. You

1. BODY – Your Physical Senses
These are the classic five senses that help you navigate the physical world.

Your intuition and your inspiration are interconnected.💫☺️

Have you ever noticed that when you are very interested in a subject that time stops?

You can go without food or drink. You don't even stop to use the bathroom because you are on an inspired vortex of rapid progress and learning.

The mind truly blooms when it’s free to wander on its own, following the genuine inspired interests instead of being told what to learn.

Self directed learning turns hours of retention into minutes, and struggle into higher energy and flow.

Remove the pressure of having to learn and you excel. I've seen it with my boys.

What’s driven by passion and curiosity is learned with ease.

Just like you can't force a seed to grow faster by pulling on its leaves, you can't push for compliance and expect anything magical.

But when all the conditions are right, growth becomes spontaneous and effortless.

So it is the same with learning. Inspiration is the seed you were born with, the conditions are encouragement, faith in you, this is the fertile soil, and allowing is the rain and the sun to warm your heart and quench your thirst for knowledge.

When my clients ask how can I escape daily life? They say I need a vacation but can't afford one.

What are you running away from?

Why not create Vacation Vibes at Home 🏖️ or even at your office?

Let your daily life feel more like a daily enjoyment so you don't want to escape! A vacation without even without leaving your house.

It doesn’t take much. Just a few simple touches to infuse here and there that turn ordinary moments into something beautiful.

Start by creating a hotel style bathroom.

Use clean white towels and a white bath mat, like you’d find in a hotel or spa.

Keep your space light, fresh, and uncluttered. Add a stunning luxurious candle or a pretty jar of sea salt and let it feel like a retreat.

Give your kitchen table some lovin.

Add fresh flowers every week change them up, even one small vase makes a difference.

Keep the table clear, and set it with intention.

Think simple, slow meals with a touch of beauty. Chew slowly savor every flavor.

As the NJ weather warms up, create your own outdoor oasis.

It doesn’t need to be fancy. A chair you love, a cozy throw, a potted palm tree plant or two. Get an outdoor rug.

Add a small table for your morning coffee or evening drink. Let it be a space you look forward to sitting in.

Add more plants inside too. They bring life, color, and calm to your space. Just a few around the home can make it feel lighter and more vibrant.

Switch your comforter to be white and beachy. Lighten up the colors to be more soothing in your bedroom.

Make it a ritual daily to sit and close your eyes facing the sun when ever possible.

Make it a non-negotiable ritual. Five minutes, ten—whatever you have. Let your face soak it in. Breathe. Slow down.

When it gets warmer, make a space where you can stand or walk barefoot—on grass, dirt, stone.

Let yourself reconnect with the earth. It’s grounding, calming, and healing.

Did you know that scents actually connect to memory.

Use coconut scents lotions, candles, oils.

Let it feel like a warm beach day, no matter where you are.

Make coconut pineapple drinks and enjoy them outside or near a sunny window.

Turn your afternoon into a moment in between stressful work tasks.

Keep citrus scents around daily lemon, orange, or lime.

Peel fruit, light a citrus candle, or add a slice to your water. It’s uplifting and energizing.

When you sit to do emails or something stressful, light a candle.

Create atmosphere. Pair productivity with peace.

Your life can feel beautiful at home right now.

You don’t need a plane ticket. You just need deliberate creative intention to enjoy your life right now.

When peace is disrupted it's not a time to blame outwardly, it's a time to become full present inwardly and then make choices for your own highest good in that situation❤️💫

Peace arises because it's not about controlling the outside world, it's about preserving your own inner boundary. 💫❤️

Patterns continued.

I told you things are about to get interesting! ☺️

Sharing to help you too.

I was coaching a client recently who kept falling into the same cycle: overcommitting to everyone else and leaving nothing for herself. She desperately wanted to change, but she lived in a household where being constantly “on” for others was seen as love, not burnout.

She said, “It’s like every time I try to pull back, someone needs something.”

That’s when I reminded her:

💥 It’s very difficult to change a pattern......when you’re in an environment that reinforces the pattern. 💥

Read that again ⬆️

But that doesn’t mean the people or the place have to go — it just means you have to hack the environment.

We created micro-boundaries she could hold without guilt.

Examples of micro-boundaries⬇️

Closing your door without guilt when you're working or resting.
Physical cues matter more than lectures.

Designating one evening a week as do not disturb time.

Use it for your own project, self-care, or simply quiet.

Holding off on doing something for them until they've tried first.

"I'm happy to help, but show me what you've already tried."

We also set up a visual cue in her space that reminded her she’s allowed to pause.

Visual cue ⬇️

A sticky note on your mirror that says, "Pause.
You matter too."

A bracelet or ring you wear to remind you to check in with your needs before saying yes.

A candle on your desk that you light when you're in
"sacred time" mode (signals focus or self-priority).

A plant, crystal, or photo in your workspace that grounds you in your goal - like reclaiming calm, confidence, or boundaries.

And we also built in a 15-minute ritual just for her, every morning, before anyone else had a claim on her energy.

Example, prepare and sip a warm favorite drink and watch any nature available, a tree outside your window, no scrolling until your delicious beverage is finished.

Environment doesn’t have to be your enemy — but you can’t stay passive in it. You have to own it and hack it.

"You do not ride to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems."

What does this mean? It means be deliberate by planning ahead what you can do if this or that happens. Create amazing routines in that very same environment that was holding you in the old pattern.

Here’s how you can start:

Introduce one daily ritual that supports you before others.

Notice what triggers the old pattern and name it out loud.
(There is an incredible power in what you say out loud. Start using that power to speak your new pattern into existance.

Redesign a space (even a chair or corner) as your recharge zone. ( I teach amazing Feng Shui)

Speak your boundaries clearly, without overexplaining.

So! To make a new pattern in the environment that reinforces the old one you must ⬇️

Hack your environment.

You don’t have to run from your environment — you just have to redesign it and rewrite your role in it until the new pattern becomes real enough to step into it. ❤️
