We're skiers, but that doesn't mean we don't like trying new things - especially when we can do them behind our ski boats. We met up with five avid skiers who decided to give wake foiling a go (with the help of Slingshot Wake pro rider Louis Floyd), and one thing was for certain, there were lots of smiles. Adding a wake foil to your boat is great because it doesn't require a giant wake - just a steady pull - and it offers a feeling unlike any other on the water.

A group of die-hard slaloms skiers take on the world of wake foiling - and learn a whole new way to use their ski boats.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of David Goode's death. The namesake behind the iconic GOODE Skis, and a pioneer in water skiing, tragically passed while piloting his plane near his home in Ogden, Utah. Our condolences go out to his family and friends. We lost a legend, but we're forever thankful for his countless contributions to the sports we love and know that through those his legacy will last forever.

Today, Parks Bonifay (@par###) becomes just the second professional wakeboarder to be inducted into the Water Ski Hall of Fame. But to limit Parks to just “wakeboarder” would be shortsighted, because the man originally known as the “famous ski baby” of Cypress Gardens has been so much more to the world of towed watersports. Yes, he is most famous for and most accomplished in wakeboarding. His competitive career spanned decades, with more accolades than we could ever count, but he’s always stayed true to his roots. Most importantly, that has meant having fun on the water. An accomplished barefooter, Parks continues to blow minds with his talents.
