Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are a core component of measuring your business objectives. They’re often seen as critical components of success as your specific KPI targets are both set and achieved. Before you establish which KPIs you're going to track in your social media activities, however, it's important to understand the three styles of them. In this video we cover the three styles of KPIs and how you can use them at your next performance meeting.
Our team loves using Webflow to create stylish websites with complex animations!
Webflow supports a unique file format called Lottie. Lottie files can be used to make your videos interactive during certain events on your website. This means an animation can play once you hit a certain part of your website, on the click of an object, or progressively as you scroll.
Lottie files can be made right in After Effects. You will need a third-party plug-in to export it as a Lottie file.
With the power of After Effects and the brilliance of Webflow, the sky is the limit when creating your next website.

2020 - 5th straight year for AmpliPhi award
For the 5th year in a row, our team at AmpliPhi has been recognized as the Executive Choice Award winner for Social Media Consulting Company of the Year by In Business magazine.
Winners are chosen by the IB Executive Register (business owners and C-suite members) who use a fill-in-the-blank survey, and not a multiple choice option. This means we're top-of-mind for these voters, and it's the result of the strategies we implement for ourselves before asking our clients to do the same. We truly only preach what we have first practiced and proven to work.
To our team of Mike Schmitz, Lauren Miles, Erin Schleicher, & Spencer X Smith and to the voters - thank you!

Happy birthday to our amazing, gnar-shredding videographer, Mike Schmitz! 🎉
How AmpliPhi Got Its Name
Earlier this week, Spencer X. Smith quizzed our team to see if we could recall the meaning behind "AmpliPhi." Luckily, we weren't graded on our answers - but it did ignite further discussion around making sure that we continue to apply the same concept that built our name to what we're doing every day with our clients.
What are you doing to make sure your team is actively and effectively applying the core fundamentals of your business to the clients you're working with every day?
