Strength in Depth (SiD) is an event company that delivers world-class CrossFit competitions for all abilities. SiD was founded in 2013, born out of a vision of uniting the whole box. Incorporating male, female and master athletes in one collective team. Since 2013 we SiD has expanded to 4 events annually.
At SiD HQ, we believe there is something special about taking your tribe/box on tour and connecting with other communities. Making unforgettable memories and coming together through one common passion - CrossFit! ------------------------------------------------- OUR EVENTS ---------------------------------------------------- SiD INFERNO PAIRS: The Inferno Pairs Series is a series of two competitions in the same s*x pairs format. The competitions take place over two days and are varied, challenging, and most importantly, fun! you never work harder than when part of a team. SiD INFERNO PAIRS 2019: SiD IP London: April/May@ Lee Valley Athletics Centre SiD IP Cardiff: August/September @ National Indoor Athletics Centre STRENGTH IN DEPTH: Strength in Depth is a fitness racing competition for teams of twelve (seven males and five females of which one male and one female must be a Master age 35+). The aim of the competition is to find the fittest affiliate, gym, or mixed s*x sports team in Europe. The competition consists of three online qualifiers and a two-day final at Bath University Sports Training Village.
