An electrical work “ ” is leaving a big hole behind. “West Virginia is about 3,000 electricians short,” says Dan Conant, CEO and founder of Solar Holler, in yesterday’s Washington Post.

Solar Holler is solving the problem of finding sufficient workers by , thus allowing them to access workers from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. But addressing the larger problem will take longer. “We can’t fix that overnight.”

Psychedelics have a history which is probably longer than that of civilisation. They have powerful effects on the brain and their lore is rich in anecdotes about effects on mental health, some for better and some for worse.

Though this coral can also grow in large stacked sheets, Mountainous star coral, (Orbicella faveolata) is a type of stony coral that commonly grows in massive mounds ranging up to 3m in height!
