Our facility exclusively uses digital print technology, which typically means that we will be very cost competitive on order quantities up to 2,500 copies. It is usually more cost effective to use traditional print technology for larger quantities. Publishing Xpress specializes in printing multipage documents with anywhere from 8 to over 300 pages. We offer four different binding styles - perfect bound, saddle stitch, plastic coil, and wire-o. While we realize that you have numerous online printing companies to choose from, we offer several unique advantages over other online printing companies: 100% satisfaction guarantee: Unlike other printing companies, at Publishing Xpress, we believe that you are the sole judge of the quality of your book printing job. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our printing, just let us know and we will correct the issue. That means we will either reprint the order at no cost to you or we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges. It’s your choice, and you will get no hassle from us. Other online printing companies will haggle over who is at fault and refuse to honor their guarantee if they believe you are at fault (whatever that means). Other printing companies will subject you to an extensive online process to get your complaint recognized. Still other printing companies will make you wait weeks and weeks before issuing a refund. Quite honestly, our quality and service is so good that we very rarely have to issue a refund. We do get requests to reprint a job due to the client’s error, not ours.
