Social media might not work for your health and wellness business if you:
1. Do not have a clear marketing budget
2. Are fairly new and have yet to verify that your product or service is needed
3. Have not done enough market research or do not have a clear buyer persona
4. Do not have a website or landing page that has a seamless customer journey and makes it easy to buy from or book you.
Social media helps health and wellness business owners amplify what they already have. So if you already have clients who enjoy working with you or buying from you, that means you have reached a good product market fit; social media will help you reach more clients who enjoy working with you.
But remember, social media marketing is only one form of marketing. And you know what they say, don't put all your eggs in one basket!
5 things you no longer need to do when you hire a social media strategist:
- No more keeping up with social media trends.
- No more guessing to see what type of content resonates with your audience.
- No more guessing what your ROI is.
- No more spending time searching for the next trendy audio on Instagram.
- No more using lifeless and boring stock photos because you don't have any content.

Last week was my second time conducting interviews for my health communications agency.
Even though living in a pandemic is nothing to cheer about, I'm so happy to see that more and more healthcare providers and health businesses are paying more attention to content marketing and the power social media can have in building a healthier world.
But because of this, I have to outsource. With more clients comes a stronger demand for excellent customer service.
Not to mention, I felt like a hypocrite creating mental health content for clients when I wasn't giving myself the rest that I was preaching. Outsourcing is one of the best things you can do for your business and your sanity.
What are you planning to outsource this month?
