In case you're wondering why the Secretary of State's office isn't reporting votes from Macon-Bibb County: the Bibb County election board server that communicates with the Secretary of State's office was not working.

A new server was transported via helicopter to the Bibb County Election Board. The helicopter landed in the parking lot of the Macon Coliseum and two state troopers walked into the Election Board with the server, along with an IT tech.
