This is a very long article. You can read the whole thing if you like. The author seems surprised and uncertain about how to respond to being profiled. IN this case, being profiled by a citizen, who just happens to be white. I've dealt with it my entire life, and it doesn't just come from while people. Black folk will be quick to tell you when you're not being black enough. This is an aspect of a problem that won't go away any time soon; not until we address it, once and for all.

Don't be confused by the word-play. The idea that black people can't be racist is based on the fact that we don't own anything, and we are not the masters of any institutions, therefore, we are in no position to impose our beliefs on anyone. Yet, the idea can still exist, and we can still exhibit racist behavior. Swoops was flat out hating on Ms. Clark. Dress it up any way you like.

Swoopes walked back what she said about Iowa player Caitlin Clark. But she's not wrong about racism.

Hadn't posted in a while. I've had some system problems that have threatened to disrupt operations. Man over machine. In the meantime, here's something I came across indirectly. I found a video by Andy Narell, and I realized I had never seen him in action. The keyboardist on that video is featured again here, in this one. A little South American, but very well done. Clean.

If HE thinks it's okay, He's got a problem. I like the indefinite suspension. It's time to find out what sort of person this is. He may need to be gone forever. That would be harsh, but "indefinitely" is a broad term, and at the far end of the spectrum, it includes always. That's a possibility with a word like, indefinite. Hopefully, he's just a guy who took things too far, within the context of trying to win the game.
