12 years management position, applies for a customer service job (way below my experience level)

Them- do you have any call center experience?

Me- no … I spent 12 years handling customer service in person.

Them- I just don’t think you would be a good fit for this position. We require call center experience. Have a great day.

Let’s teach our kids to be caring and compassionate!

Let’s normalize things they would normally get bullied about!

- cheap clothes?- that’s fine, you have clothes on.

-cheap shoes?- at least you have shoes.

- Teachers Pet?- that kid has respect for their elders.

- Nerd, Smarty pants, geek?- that kid will probably be your boss one day and make good money.

- hyper & outgoing?- you will pray for that energy when you get older, don’t mask it now, train it.

- I only pray that I am doing my best in such an unfair and unkind angry world we live in. Shaping our future starts with shaping our young minds! Be the parent and teach the lessons, be the examples!
