✨ For me, being a realtor is doing more than just helping you buy or sell your house. A HUGE service I offer is that years after I helped you- you can still ask me for recommendations for people I know! Today I was asked for my HVAC person and painter from past clients. I love being the go to!

Today, Mont Services had our office out to see their showroom and their WAREHOUSE- it was amazing. I believe they have over 400 stones in stock. We learned about difference in natural stones and man made, price differences, and more. Here are some photos- what a great and welcoming place. They said they work with ALL fabricators and have the most and best selections around.

Now I have a place to send my clients who want to renovate and see some slabs! This place was great and the staff was so helpful

Ok, I’ll be honest and admit- my husband would probably laugh because he KNOWS why this Monday is so brutal for me. All I’m going to say is DONT try to start binging a whole season of “60 Days In” on Nextflix starting at 11pm 😂😂 I was up WAY too late. Anyone else watch that? So addicting

Happy Veterans Day! I’ve had clients from different divisions from the military and our uncle is in the Navy too. Today and every day we thank you all!

🇺🇸Yesterday Natalia’s school did a breakfast for family with Veterans and then they sang songs at an assembly. Natalia’s class performed the “Anchors Aweigh” (Navy) song. They did so great and I’m surprised they remembered the words. Also, the whole school was decked out in red white and blue! (Classmate faces blocked out for privacy)

🕯️ 🌽 Different kind of post for sure.. BUT, not everything in life is houses & real estate- at least NOT for this .

Today I was doing something I truly love, cooking! Nothing beats taking a break from real estate to cook up a nice meal. This morning i was cooking for the staff at our school. I find so much joy in putting my heart into my food. As my oven was baking sweet corn cakes and roasting veggies, you should have SMELLED my house. The scent was the definition of cozy. Compare it to when you visit a Cracker Barrel and smell the fire burning. Don’t you instantly get the feeling of warmth and cozy?

As I was letting my brain have a real estate break, I was actually getting inspired, because houses become homes once you feel that warmth in them. Now my brain is running with ideas as I head into the holidays and cold months in Ohio. Funny how doing something different today still was making me inspired for my business.
