Johnathan Smith aka TeflonJohn is a fitness trainer, motivational speaker, mentor, podcaster, and a producer just to name a few, who is determined to changes lives by provoking thought. He loves to extract the good from every bad situation in life to help grow. Through social media, he uses videos and podcasts as a way to many people.
He also has BulletProof Workoutz where he encourages healthy living through dieting and exercising. His goal is to change lives one workout at a time. The IAmTeflonJohn brand consists of motivational speaking where his goal is to inspire you mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially. He started Project Reach One under the IAmTeflonJohn brand to help mentor and empower the youth of today by taking time to help steer them in the right direction. Here he visits the Lynchburg Group Home as well as takes one on one time with other kids.
As someone who has been through many obstacles in life. TeflonJohn is determined to learn from life’s lessons and cure ignorance by teaching as many possible.
