There’s something special about looking back at where it all started. 🎙️🔥

This picture was from the very first episode of Real Talk With Teflon In The Morning. At the time, I knew I loved media, radio, and podcasting, but what really drove me was something deeper. 💯

I wanted to create a platform that highlights people whose gifts, talents, stories, and voices deserve to be seen and heard. 🙌🏾✨

So many incredible people go unnoticed simply because they never get the opportunity or platform. That’s a big part of why I do what I do. Whether it’s an entrepreneur, artist, community leader, survivor, creator, or someone with a powerful testimony, I love giving people the space to share who they are and what they bring to the world. 🌎❤️

This is bigger than content for me. It’s purpose. 📻🎧

Looking at my Spotify Wrapped 2025 reminded me how far God has brought me.

My podcast, I Have A What?! Surviving A Brain Tumor, became the number 1 show for 21 people.
That means 21 lives found comfort, connection, or courage in a story I once kept to myself.

We reached listeners across the United States, Sweden, Australia, Mexico, and Argentina.
My pain became purpose in places I have never even been.

This is what happens when you take what tried to break you and turn it into hope for someone else.
Thank you to every listener, every supporter, and every person walking their own difficult journey.

‼️CREATORS, THIS IS FOR YOU‼️ Back in 2016, I stood on my very first stage at Let’s Talk Fashion in Lynchburg, VA. It wasn’t a huge audience, but it was powerful because it planted the seed for everything I’m doing today.

That one small opportunity grew into building podcasts, creating media brands, and teaching others how to use content, branding, and podcasting to share their voice with the world.

Here’s what I’ve learned along the way:
