Quick video share of Old Memorial Community in Citrus Park. The great part of the Citrus Park area buffers Odessa, Keystone, Lutz, Tampa, and Westchase. The Veterans Expressway is close to the Citrus Park Mall area making it easy to get into downtown Tampa, Town N' Country, Tampa International Airport, and central Tampa. Citrus Park is located in the northwest area of Tampa, has great schools, and has everything locally to offer. You don't really have the need to leave the area for very much unless looking to explore different parts of Tampa Bay.
Old Memorial Community is built by Taylor Morrison very high-end product compared to what they build now which consists of tract homes in a large subdivision. This community features roughly 90 homes, sells for $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 a home, and has a square footage of around 3,000 or larger. Next door is the Old Memorial Golf Club is not included with the community, further down the road is Ed Radice park. We spend a lot of time at the park with my son's sports activities. If you continue driving down South Mobley Road will connect you to Race Track Road, named after the horse track, and connects to the City of Oldsmar, Westchase, and Nine Eagles subdivision. This area of Citrus Park is very developed for communities and sometimes can find small tracts of land for sale if looking to build a home. Land in this area can range from $70,000 to $3,600,000 depending on the size, location, and lakefront.

Land O Lakes is a growing area, with lots of future development of housing and store that are connected between highway 52 and highway 54. Most of the current development is ongoing off highway 54 with most homes built in the early 2000's all the way to now. Highway 52 and highway 54 run east and west, and highway 41 runs north and south, this can help connect you to Tampa or Wesley Chapel. I myself have lived in the area since we bought our first home in 2010 and later sold that home in 2016, the area at the time was slow in growth unlike now. This area has been a rural area with lakes, woods, and owners of large tracts of land used for cattle, now it is becoming a developed area with all the necessary stores or access to like in Tampa.
Great price for the current market average I feel, obviously it's not a single-family home but if limited on a budget to purchase a home this could be a great option. No HOA - Home Owner Association or CDD - Community Development District fees. The home is on well and septic.
