I have been sorely lacking in posting studio pictures for the last month!! Things have been running wide open at Hazzard County Recording Studio!!! That’s an understatement!! Continued recording on projects for Benjamin Weimer, Tammy French, Voice Of Praise, Jackson Secrest, Kim Faith and husband Ken. Had tracking days with Smokey Wilson, Sherry Reid, and Kathy Marshall with Jeff Duffield, Rick Murray, and David Castle! Marsha Duncan came in to add some background vocals. We started a project for the Leaks Chapel Youth Group and finished the recording end for Virginia Rain. Kenny Cates recorded some new vocals for his project. Whew! And in between sessions at Hazzard County we videoed some television shows for Virginia Dreams with country music legends, David Frizzell, and Leona Williams with her son, Ron! Whew! If I have missed anyone, I’m so sorry! I’ll try to make it up on the next post!!! Thank God for the work!!

So we came flying out of May and have begun to dig into June! A lot of great music was created in the last several weeks here at Hazzard County Recording Studio!! We continued to work on the projects for Benjamin Weimer, Tammy French, the Gorman Sisters from CA, Patchwork Of Diamonds,Jordan Orndorff, Clink Anders, April Fahrney, Virginia Cook, Virginia Rain, Donald Propst, Sam Morris, and Ryan Gibson!!! Thank God for the work!!!

April was another busy month at Hazzard County Recording Studio!!! We continued working on the projects of Voice Of Praise, Don and Martha, Jackson Secrist, Patchwork Of Diamonds, April Fahrney, Tammy French, and Hector Acuna. Brandon Johnson came in to add his banjo tracks to Blue Ridge Thunder’s project. We started projects for Scott Sanford, Denny Toyy, Kenny Cates, and Benjamin Weimer. Kim Faith and John Bonsall recorded audio tracks for their documentary. And The Gorman Sisters from California came in to sing the Dukes theme song! Thank God for the work!

We had some great music come out of Hazzard County Recording Studio the last several weeks! We finished up Ben “Cooter” Jones’ rockabilly project, laid down some vocals for Whey Jennings new project, and recorded vocal tracks for Linda Browne. Jim Almarode stopped in to record his mandolin parts for Don and Martha’s new project, Kim Faith, Jim and John continued their video sessions, a great new artist, Benjamin Weimer, came in to start tracking on his new project, and Brandon Johnson added his banjo picking to Blue Ridge Thunder’s upcoming project. Gary Williams drove in from Richmond to record the vocals for his new song, Tammy French came in from North Carolina to record the vocals for her new song, and Patchwork of Diamonds laid down the tracks for their new song! Thank God for the work!

January was another month of great music being created at Hazzard County Recording Studio! Don and Martha continued work on their project and brought Jim Almarode with them to add mandolin, Clink Anders came in to work on his project as did Patchwork Of Diamonds, Hector Acuna, Tammy French, Jeremy Hensley, and Jackson Secrest on theirs! Kim Faith along with her husband Ken and their assiciates Jim and John, came to record audio for their project And not only did Jeremy Garber do an amazing job getting my new computer up and going, he also laid down some killer drum tracks for his own project! I’m thankful to be working with these great folks! Thank God for the work!

And so begins 2024! A lot of very talented people came to Hazzard County Recording Studio the past few weeks: Tommy Wood and his daughter Whitney, Tammy French, Justin Hensley, Jackson Secrest, Greg Davis, Jeremy Garber, Frank Coffman, Hector Acuna, and Paula Shank! Thank God for the work!!

It has been a very busy month at Hazzard County Recording Studio and we have recorded some great music! Hector Acuna, the Muncy family, Virginia Cook, Luke Brown, Glen Zehr with Voice Of Praise, Tammy French, Brandon Scot from Richmond, the Travis Jesse Band from Richmond, Nat Sisk, the Casey Firkin Band, and Jackson Secrist came in and knocked it out of the park! Thank God for the work!

September has come and gone and now we are heading into October and Fall with some great projects underway at Hazzard County Recording Studio! Joel Key came in from Nashville to record tracks for a new car song project for Ben. Duane Parker, Hector Acuna, Voice Of Praise, Jordan Deane, and Doug Gochenour came in to work on their projects. Thank God for the work! (PS I'm have problems loading the photos. We'll see if I can find a work around!)

We're wrapping things up for Summer at Hazzard County Recording Studio! First of all, it was an honor to work for David Frizzell at Cooter's 82nd birthday party! A wonderful singer and a wonderful man! Carrie Fairchild, Dave Davidson, Tammy French with Jackie Sweet Day, Hector Acuna, Jordan and Colton Deane, Justin Hensley, and Jordan, Wanda, and Larry Myers all recorded some great songs for their upcoming projects! And the masters went out for Daystar's and New Journey's new projects! Thank God for the work!

This summer has been hot and there has been a lot of hot music being made at Hazzard County Recording Studio! First of all, THE Catherine Bach, also known as Daisy Duke, came in to lay down a vocal track on Cooter's upcoming rockabilly project, New Journey recorded their sweet family harmonies on their new project, bringing along all 6 ft 6 inches Jeff Cavett for his singing debut, Tammy French and Justin Hensley recorded Tammy's new song, Justin Hensley added a song of his own, Clink Anders put the finishing touches on "Jambalya", Randall and Ashley Daves rendered their version of The Dukes Of Hazzard Theme song, and Hector Accuna recorded a new song for his upcoming album! Thank God for the work!

We're heading into the summer season at Hazzard County Recording! We're finishing up several projects and continuing work on several others! The legendary Charlie McCoy added harmonica on Ben's and Daystar's projects, Lori Acuna added flute to her and Hector's new song, William Hayes came in to add some Jerry Lee piano licks on the new song Ben wrote, "Crazy About Daisy", Anthony Van Pelt added his fiddle to Blue Ridge Thunder's new project, Clink Anders stopped by to put some finishing touches on his new project, and Wanda and Larry Myers came in to put their vocals on their new project! There are just a couple of final tweaks to make to N2Pickin's project and Virginia Rain's project is available for sale now! Thank God for the work!

It has been an extremely busy time at Hazzard County Recording Studio! We had 3 great days of tracking with the studio guys for New Journey from PA, Brandon Scott from Richmond, The Myers family from Waynesboro, and Daystar from PA. Glen Hensley and Hector and Lori Acuna also stopped by! We are putting some finishing touches on Ben Jones' upcoming project. Plus, Joe McAlister, Dave Davidson, and Jeremiah Duley started recording their projects! And I have almost finished editing and mixing Virginia Rain's new project! Thank God for the work!
