😭Ya’ll I am so humbled! This career change has been a long time in the making. Almost a year behind the scenes to make the switch. Today I closed the doors to the public at Southern Roots Fresh Market for the last time and have been welcomed with open arms by an amazing work family! Thank you so much for your encouragement and believing in me! I’ve always wanted to be a “real” teacher! I have loved teaching in church for over 20 years now. I’m so thankful God is opening the doors to fulfill the desires of my heart! He is so faithful!

I am so thankful for the season I had a Southern Roots. I cannot even begin to describe how many people in the community have become like family to me! One week ago tomorrow I made the decision to do the necessary steps to complete the switch in career change. There’s been many tears shed between me and some customers who I’ve gotten super close to! I know God has a plan, and I just want to be a part of whatever plan He has!

Whenever you have a goal and you don’t know how you can reach it: do the next right thing that is front of you! Pretty soon you will look back and be amazed at how God has worked His will! It’s been truly amazing this week to watch you come out and support me at Southern Roots this last week! I have faith in a God, who is faithful!
