Allie and her nurse Macie made Pumpkin Pie Truffles yesterday for one of our Thanksgiving desserts! Allie loves being in her while we’re cooking so that she can see better and be a part of the action!

🥧Recipe:

Take a store bought pumpkin pie and put it the mixer to break it up. Take the mixture and make small balls with the pumpkin pie with your hands. Freeze on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about an hour. Melt white chocolate almond bark and then using a fork, drop the pumpkin pie balls in the hot almond bark and then allow to dry on wax paper. Put back in the refrigerator to chill.
