For viewers experiencing problems viewing FOX34, effective today - February 9th you can rescan your TV and receive an over the air channel 34.34 with your UHF antenna. After February 9th you will need an antenna that receives both VHF & UHF signals to continue to receive FOX34. Once the new antenna is installed you will need to rescan once again to receive VHF 32.1, 32.2, 32.3, 34.1, 34.2, 34.3. If you experience any difficulty receiving these channels please call 806-748-9312. FOX34 apologizes for any disruption of service.

Here are some steps to correct-First do two back to back rescans

Unplug the antenna from the TiVo/Roku box or TV rescan then plug the antenna back into the TiVo/Roku or TV box and rescan again to pick up the new frequencies. Vizio TV’s have two options for scanning channels: find channels & find new channels. The difference is that find channels deletes the TV database of channels before a scan and then rebuilds it with whatever it finds and find new channels doesn’t, it just appends what it finds to the database. There may be several different ways to reprogram or scan each model of TV/box such as setup the TV from
Factory default as well. Also try channeling though the channels and see if that changes as well sometimes a channel surf up and down refresh the PSIP.
