We had 30 vehicles from residents and Stroll Lake Forest sponsors, and HUNDREDS of residents came out for free candy and fun!

This April, 130 men gathered in LaGrange, KY for F3 Louisville’s Spring Convergence, blending Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith to raise $8,700 for the Institute for Shelter Care, which fights against human trafficking. F3 Nation is a global network of free, peer-led men’s workouts focused on community and connection.

🎨 👻 Get crafty with Sai and Ram as they show us how to make these fun glue ghosts! All you need are a few simple supplies: glue, a Ziplock bag or sheet protector, googly eyes, and glitter!
Directions:
Place the Ziplock bag or sheet protector on a table. (Plastic wrap works too!)
With glue, draw an outline of a ghost.
Fill in your outline with glue, making sure it’s thick enough.
Add googly eyes and sprinkle glitter on top.
Let your ghost dry for 2-3 days.
Once dry, attach some string on the back to hang it up!

Residents and Stroll sponsors are invited to decorate their vehicles, dress up, and throw out candy!
PARTICIPANTS: Please text or call Marlena (502-303-2662) if you’d like to participate in the parade by October 18th - you must be on our list the day of the parade on the 20th. Residents and Stroll sponsors are invited.
SPECTATORS: We will start at the front entrance of Lake Forest off of Shelbyville Road at 5:00 PM and go straight down Lake Forest Parkway, turn right on Arnold Palmer, go across Aiken, and end at Old Henry. Don’t forget your Halloween bucket to collect your candy and prizes!
DONATIONS: If you would like to contribute towards the large amounts of candy and prizes that the parade participants will be throwing out, please use Marlena’s Venmo QR code in your October issue of the magazine - all proceeds will go directly towards the final candy/prize purchase before the 20th!
