Heres a peculiar thing which had (and most definitely still has) me pondering.
HAND DRYER, not HAND DRIER. Right?
Help I'm going slightly insane over this. DRIER would imply your hands are already dry and they're being further dried into prunes? It would also imply that the subject was 'drier' than another subject.
Whereas DRYER would imply the act of drying? As in, a thing used to dry? A hand dryer.
Please stop this horrible internal struggle continuing and give me the answers. It's the only way I can continue to loosely exist

MY HUSBAND DID A DNA TEST AND SAID OUR DAUGHTER ISN'T HIS, BUT I NEVER CHEATED ON HIM – MY WORLD SHATTERED WHEN I LEARNED THE TRUTH.
I love my husband. We've been together since college, and he's the love of my life — handsome and kind. We were actively trying for a baby, and then, after I gave birth, everything changed.
I don't know WHY, but he took that stupid test, and it showed that our daughter ISN'T his. These past few months, it's like he's become someone completely different from the man I married. He was cold and suspicious.
But I would never, EVER cheat on him.
I thought that test was the WORST thing that could happen to us. But then, I decided to dig for the truth about WHY it showed that our daughter wasn't his.
But when I finally did, I refused to believe it... It turned out that ⬇️

I VISITED MY IN-LAWS AND FOUND MY MIL LOCKED IN THE ATTIC — I WENT PALE WHEN I FOUND OUT WHY
So, my husband had to work late, and we were supposed to visit his parents together, but I figured I'd go ahead and drop off some homemade cookies I'd baked for his sweet mom, Sharon.
When I got there, the house felt...off. My FIL, Frank, wasn't home, and Sharon didn't greet me at the door, which was strange. I texted Frank to check in, and he said, "Out with the guys. Sharon's resting. You can head home." That didn't sit right with me. Sharon's never resting like that when we're supposed to visit. I started calling out for her, but nothing. Then I heard this faint tapping sound coming from upstairs.
I followed the sound, and it led me to the attic door – which is always locked. Frank never lets anyone up there, because it's "his space," but there was a key in the lock. My heart was racing, but I turned the key and opened the door.
What I saw made my stomach drop. Sharon was sitting in an old chair, not looking like her usual cheerful self. She looked startled and a little embarrassed. Her eyes lit up when she saw me.
"Sharon! What's going on? Why are you up here?" I rushed over, helping her stand.
Then I just went pale when she said, "I ⬇️
