Ulta Beauty sent me a total of 25 damaged items in the past 24 hours between 2 different orders.
They want me to take the second bit of damaged items and return them in store for a refund. BUTTT they don’t have these products in store. So, I’d have to WAIT for the refund to go back on the card, order them AGAIN, then WAIT for them to ship, and then WAIT to receive them. It takes like 2 weeks (or 10 business days) or longer to get money back on your card. So, I’d get the refund towards the END OF NOVEMBER and then have to ORDER THEM AGAIN and WAIT FOR IT TO SHIP and HOPE TO GOD that it comes in time for Christmas!!
THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!
Originally, the guy told me he would give me the refund and then CALLS ME BACK to tell me I have to return them to the store.
ULTA DO BETTER. Because these are CHRISTMAS GIFTS AND I MIGHT NOT GET THEM IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS IF I HAVE TO ORDER THEM AGAIN.
