- Bramble

This is old work from a project that brought me on soon after I left my full time position at Murphy’s Camera in 2019. I ended up taking the lead on the table top imagery in collaboration with the styling master, . After sitting on these images for some time now I’ve decided to take a stab at building these images up in my own way from the raw files kept in the session and feel a sense of ownership. Images were taken with the A7R III rigged up and tethered overhead firing from the session. I built this image in and made a couple final touches in Capture One before export. This is my first attempt out of the group of images left to edit.

New video spec work production with Gardein

Video has been a long road of self-teaching for me. This is my first project in DaVinci Resolve which blew my mind because of its color management tools. I’ve been in the commercial space working as a digitech and assistant now for several years and I’ve been looking to create a spec piece from what I’ve learned over that time. Thanks to Jonathon Chi for inviting me along to work on this spec and create something of my own. Check out his stills on this project!

I was lucky to update Whitney’s headshot at ACME Artworks where her business studio is located. Congratulations on being accepted to your first show!

There photos were taken with a A7Riii on a Peak Design tripod, tethering with via and retouching done in . There were multiple lighting setups but they included multiple B1X’s and a B10X from . Other tools used include c stands, flags, and sandbags, boom arm, modifiers by and , a roll of white seamless from , and with to get gear to and from safely.

From my digitech kit I have tether plate on a roller stand using a 16” M1 Pro laptop to keep things light and simple while shooting solo.
